Shame on you the narrator. Sik Kim is not and is never part of India, it had its own identity until the Indian army, with the approval of USA, invaded it in 1975. The international society must condemn the Indian occupation of Sik Kim to its fullest extent to ensure that India withdraw its iron claw from this Shangri-La immediately.

@TheEcnarf The Chogyal was proving to be extremely unpopular with the people. In 1975, the Kazi appealed to the Indian Parliament for a change in Sikkim's status so that it could become a state of India.The Indian Army took over the city of Gangtok and disarmed the PALACE GUARDS. A referendum was held in which 97.5% of the voting ppl voted to join the Indian Union.On16 May 1975, Sikkim officially became state of the Indian Union and the monarchy was abolished.

Do Indian-faced Nepalese(like manisha koirala, Pushpa Dahal), also live in Sikkim? are they native to Sikkim too?

@1313sweetie Manisha Koirala is from Nepal. And what do you mean by Indian faced? Koiralas are Brahmin caste. Chhetris, Sharmas and Pradhans have Aryans look. Dont think that nepalese are only in Nepal. There are indian nepalese too. Sikkim has more than 70 percent nepalese and Sikkim is a state of India.

@theholydevil I mean, Nepalis from sikkim with brown skin, wide eyes, pointed skin, etc. The nepalis who lok like gujatais, punjabis, and other north Indians. Do such ppl exist in sikkim?
