I definitely believe that folks should have the right to express themselves. I do not believe that one has to live in the city to have an opinion on what occurs there. However, the state of the city of Detroit has not affected the suburbs for quite sometime. That is, if one can even call them suburbs since there is only a loose working connection between the two entities. This is evidenced by the disparity in wealth and income.
