@BR101motiondesign Good observation! It's called a Mandolin, and it is widely used in Portuguese folk music, as well as many other cultures prominently in Europe. I used it because the style in which the original synth lead is played highly suggested a mandolin to me. Cool sound right?

Maybe what is missing is what is between the electric guitar .. for example after 0:27-0:30 in this video... and what is the original /watch?v=sC-d-AM0gCM . in 0:18-0:19... Is like response to the guitar and I missed it...but maybe this is just your remix and this is how you see it.

Some of you have asked me to rearrange stuff from games like Sonic CD, Sonic R, Sonic Adventure... And personally I don't see the point of "enhancing" something already sonorously "perfect". I feel it gives me little room for creation, therefor i don't think it's plausible. What do you guys think?
@teezord Even if they're "sonorously perfect", there's plenty of room for imagination. Most of Sonic Adventure's music only uses five or six instruments at once, and that's less than most of the S1-3K songs. I'm sure you can work some real magic even on the more complex tunes.
Also, I'd love to hear your take on the Afterburner theme.
Do what you want really. If you don't think something needs improvement or you don't have anything to add, then that's that. No requests here, just do whatever tickles you fancy. People will enjoy it regardless.
