@MrLucky78 Yeah! Glad you finally tried them!! A lot of people tell you to only fill a muffin or mini muffin pan 3/4 of the way up, but I like that big muffin top so I fill mine to the very top which makes them spill over and gives you that top! So glad you liked them!!

@NikkiDinkiCooking I didn't have the buttermilk but I Finally made them today ,
looks beautiful but it doesn't have that nice muffin top like yours.(didn't rise that high)
i made the mini one's and didn't fill them to the top maybe that's why
