On VBA, go to cheats (top left corner), on the drop down menu, click cheat list, then, on the bottom of the screen, there's buttons labled cheat, code, gameshark, and codebreaker, and then copy-paste the code. name it what you want, then click 'add'. there you go!

well you can't actually say you literally finished the game ! cause it has a lot of secrets and unreachable areas ! and also a lot of events to unlock ! so :/ you still have a lot to do ^^

Hmmm, so what's the point of going for the unreachable areas once you have the legendary pokemon? Usually, going after unreachable areas means trying to get to a legendary pokemon, so what's after that? xD

yeah , have you ever seen someone catching a Jirachi ?? that's pretty impossible cause it's on an unreachable aread ! and deoxys too !

unreachable only when you start but , after a while they will be reachable , but very hard to get there ! just like mirage island ! anyway , this game only ends when you see every map of it and catch every pokemon on it , and get every item of it ! then you could say I FINISHED POKEMON RUBY

you don't need cash to buy it , just download VBA ( for free ) it's an emulatof for GBA games on computer , and download any GBA game you want ( also for free ) and then find action replay or game shark codes on the net and use the VBA option cheats and tada :)
