  • my lower back is killing me..defo going to try it

  • @ashneel99 You gotta understand what stretching does and what your problem is before you decide to stretch an area. If the area of pain is lengthened and you decide to stretch it you're only going to aggrevate the area. Check out the "everything you need to know about stretching" video on my channel.

  • @AspireForHealth Thanks for your advice. Actually, I had painful muscular spasms on my lower back. It was this painful only once, but it still pains slighty now and then, and its darn uncomfortable.

  • Great job with the video. Thanks for teaching some great poses to relieve low back pain. This is what motivates me to teach others how to reduce low back pain.

  • actually i didnt do these sitting, but i did a front flip and landed it wrong. should i get it checked or do you think this would do it?

  • it worked for me!!!! super kool :)

  • You should call this instant Lower Back Relief... I thank you and my back thanks you as well...

  • i have terrible back pain and came here to watch for help but now i have an erection and am in double discomfort :(

  • I have cheer every single Saturday and they make me tumble using my back. (Back Walkovers, Back Bridges, Back Handsprings) and it only makes it worse. I tried explaining but they don't understand because they're dumb. Now what should I do because this pain has been here for months now.

  • Knowing there are steps you can take to improve your posture, muscle strength and general fitness can lessen the symptoms and possibly prevent Lumbago.

  • Another wonderful exercises to help strengthen my lower back, many thanks.

  • I have the same Warrior Mat, re-starting this week. But i'm going give this Hot Flow Yoga a try as I can't find an Ashtanga Practice near me that trains regular. Nice Video..

  • I do a lot of cycling and I normally get a numb lower back which goes to my bum as well but I think it is a circulation problem as it starts to hurt after a while, is there anything that I could possibly do to prevent it. I thought it was a trapped nerve but I wouldn't go for a massage at my age, if you can help I would be grateful!

  • hott

  • true

  • @MegaDotz Just do what you can! I've found that the pelvic tilts help a lot, even when I've just thrown my back out. Getting some blood flowing to that region helps. Don't do something when it's a "Bad Hurt" - Listen to your body. But at least moving something is helpful!

  • Holla! Have you thought about the maximus muscle 247 workout (google it)? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my father gained lots of muscle with it.

  • Why do - I - talk - so - slooooooowly?

  • Great exercise, but with CC on in the video it gets sort of confusing.

  • @PleaseGoAway1000 lacking humour? you erroneously imagined there was some humour contained in your comment? and you think I'M lacking brains? tell my post-graduate degree. and hello loser, this is the public comments section of an international internet site, my opinion is welcome everywhere. if you want to go around being an obnoxious gutter punk, get used to some negative feedback. you're here jacking off to yoga videos, and you're calling ME a piece of shit. priceless.

  • @PleaseGoAway1000 you remain as far as you'll always continue to be from touching any of my nerves, kid. and i'm not surprised one brief moment of interaction with a real woman made your day, how sad. but i'm bored and done now, go play.

  • OMG this really works!!! I couldnt even walk straight or walk without holding anything, and i tried this and it worked!!!

  • can people with a lordotic lumbar do this exercise?

  • Adi, My wife and I enjoy this particular stretch sequence, thanks.

One question, when you say "if you want to be advanced, raise the corners of your mouth" are you making a joke? or is there some idea that smiling makes a difference in the stretch? We wanna know.

  • I'm a 33 year old skateboarder who has ravaged his body and has been coping with lower back pain for years. I've always been fairly skeptical as to the effectiveness of yoga. Three sessions of this seems to have virtually cured me. this is some serious voodoo magic. I love this woman. Yoga or die!

  • Wow that was great I did these moves and now I can stand straight without hunching over in pain. My back feels massaged. :D I don't do shava. I pray to The heavenly father who died for all our sins john 3:16. but other than shava or whatever that name is my lower back feels great.

  • Not 'Shiva', she said 'shava-aasanaa', meaning 'corpse-position'. It's just a traditonal name in Sanskrit for the position of the exerciser's body. Nothing there that might compromise your worshipful state -quite on the contrary.

  • This is a little bit like Pilates.
