Actually the Eredar split into two factions The Draenei and man'ari....Draenei are the good ones and Man'ari are the bad ....Archimonde is a Man'ari :P

Thus making the raid possible because all CoT raids/instances are going back in time to ensure that history itself is not altered by the infinite dragon flight. (which according to wowwiki, there are theories that the infinite flight could be the future for the bronze dragonflight). And why doesn't Malfurion come and stop archimonde again? because he is currently trapped within the emerald dream.
it seems really bad how horde and the allys work together but then break up then they form a team again when something bigger comes it just really stupid but i guess there would be no WoW if they wre all allies
@mrcardiffe Watch the ending of The Frozen Throne... For me that was more than enough for Wow.... Also back there the night elves werent part of the alliance, so they were another faction in WC3.
