It is ice. The shuttle main engines are regenerative, meaning they are cooled by haveing the liquid hydrogen circulated around the engine bells before being burned. The fuel is extremely cold, causing Ice to form on the bells, which falls off on orbit. I have a Higher definition version video on my channel (not HD but better than this, no offense)
r u tellin me that the thing that appears on 4:05, its ice??? the ice just break, dont twist itself, well, ive never seen ice twisting, sometimes we have to to watch only if we dont have good explanations, i mean with ufo, unidentified flying object, not an alien ship.
