People have intense emotional experiences all the time. If we followed through on all of them, it'd be chaos. Without the shedding of blood there is no remission of sins in the old testament they sacrificed spotless lambs to God but thanks to Jesus we no longer have to earn our salvation with works or to have our sins removed. The first time I heard this song was a few days after I had put a stethoscope on my 10-month-old son's chest and listened to his heart stop beating. I was hurt and angry... this song changed my whole perspective on what my relationship with my Father and His Son should be... as He listened to His Son's heart stop beating, on MY behalf. when i first watched this video i was a backsliding christian and i could tell my sould was almost dead . i stumbled upon this video , i am a 20 year old male navy man , i dont cry and i rarely show emotion , but when i watched this alone in my room and the video showed his blood and he said "this blood is for you " i uncontrollably burst out balling , i cried for the first time in years , i cried so hard that the blood vessels in my eye lids and around my eyes burst . it shows its power.

Without the shedding of blood there is no remission of sins in the old testament they sacrificed spotless lambs to God but thanks to Jesus we no longer have to earn our salvation with works or to have our sins removed. Jesus did it all for us and it was naled to the cross and now we can come to God white and clean without sin.Amazing Grace is all you can say.

The first blood shed was right after the fall, to make clothes for our great-grannies. Jesus did not come to be the popular guy. He came to offend those who choose not to live a God honoring life. The first time I heard this song was a few days after I had put a stethoscope on my 10-month-old son's chest and listened to his heart stop beating. I was hurt and angry... this song changed my whole perspective on what my relationship with my Father and His Son should be... as He listened to His Son's heart stop beating, on MY behalf. Why did God allow himself to be crucified for us? Because he loves us and wants relationship. I leave my kids alone to think for them self, to bump their heads, to fall, but I am always there watching them. Take 5 minutes each day and think how many times you "get away" with things. Our just God of love. Praise the name of Jesus!

But there is no physical evidence of God and there never was. The Bible is just as believable as Harry Potter or any other fantasy book. At least the ancient Egyptians left behind the ancient pyramids for us to see that they existed and at least the ancient Greek and Roman structures still exist today for us to see. Read Mathew chapter 24 as there are more then just earthquakes closer together before jeus returns to lift the believers up to Himself. Indeed when reading this alone we are the generation mentioned that will not pass away without seeing the Son of man coming in the clouds. The most important thing is that we are born again ( John 3:16) as Jesus said we must be. To be ready...is more then the rapture. We are born once, then to die and then the judgement. No second chances once dead.

Those dates are incorrect. The Bible says that Jesus will come like a thief in the night and no man knows the hour He will come!
Also, quitelywait - there is a 7 year tribulation period after the Rapture and before the end of the world...not 5 months!
We can't stop the Rapture and the end of the world from coming - so instead of trying to "predict" it all the time...lets focus on spreading the Good News of Jesus! That's what's going to matter in the end times..not if you had the correct date!

This video made me cry...because I got thinking about how much Jesus did for us! Most people just see him as the "Risen Lord!" (which HE IS RISEN!) but it helps you get a better grip of why he did this and how much he loved us when you see it like this! Thanks for sharing!

I have watched this many times and there was no blackness. perhaps you ned to watch the updated version of it. You may have watched an older version.

How can you love an invisible alter-dimensional thing that can't even speak to you? How can you have a relationship with somehting that is seemingly invisible and has no tangible effect on your everyday life? How? It doesn't make sense to me? How is this artificial relationship with a divine invisible thing better than the very real relationships you have with REAL PEOPLE?

I have been slowly becoming lost in the way of the lord when my mother set me down today to listen to this song... I ended up weeping crying hard just shaking it was that powerful.
