Not very hard at all really, you can check out my other sculpey creations on my etsy shop! (seller name: itsybitsycute). Sculpey is a pretty easy material to work with, it can get tough when you're modeling something very small though!
I find this style of penguin very easy to make! It's very simple shapes when you break it down.

Oo! advise (just an opinion); if you add a little dot of white on the eyes it could add a little extra spark to the charm...
