@rpiian I think you're right. I think that, even though Kevin stayed with them for 2 CD's, Evan's Blue was a perfect fit for him. Parabelle is a little too soft for me and the band just isn't the same as Evan's Blue. He did what he felt was best for him. He has talent for words and singing but things change and we have to try to accept that.

I also agree that Evans Blue should have changed their name with the new singer, but its their right not to. A lot of the bands that have lost or fired their frontman have kept the bandname and thrived, take for example Van Halen, Drowningpool, and Alice in Chains.

I like Kevin Matisyn's vocals but at the same time I believe that credit should be given where its due, The new frontman to Evans Blue does have quite a talent too. Even though his vocals are very different from Kevin's, I think he is a good singer. Not that Kevin is a bad one. His influence is missed in the new Evans Blue but can be found in Parabelle, which in my opinion sounds similar to the old Evans Blue. He also has a solo album of acoustics out, so he obviously intends to stick around

1. The singer is really really fat, which is okey besides the fact that it creats a crappy and uncomfortable live performance.
