I know Kizaru has the speed of light, but I still say the fastest person in One Piece if definitely Kuma. I can he literally teleports. Plus when he touches someone, they can end up on the other side of the world with a mere thought. I know Physics say im wrong, but so far in this anime, Kuma is the fastest

@superlucci actually i think we don't see it like that, i think kizaru might not actually be moving at his full speed, i think he is jsut being lazy as he dosen't seem to need much speed to catch up with the pirates, at least not until marineford.

Kizaru ha the best devil fruit ability in the entire series. I can't think of anyone that can beat him, not even the other admirals, Aokoji or Akainu. But I think their powers levels are:

1: Kizaru

2: Akainu

3: Aokoji

Speaking of Kizaru I find it hilarious how people are thinking Luffy can beat him. Are you fricken kidding me people? Luffy may be alot stronger but beating an admiral? They must have not seen the war on marineford if they believe that. I mean will be get that strong eventually? It's possible but not at least in another couple of years of fighting and getting stronger.

@ozzyman59You people with your Enel..he has cool fruit but you do realise that at the level he was in Skypea-only able to use Color of Observation Haki, he is weaker than anyone in the marines from Vice Admiral up right?In Marines everyone form Vice Admirals and up is FULL Haki user. Also Enel is weaker than almost every commander in Whitebeard crew,Shanks,his crew,the other 2 rulers, Blackbeard,Reylight..its a long list.If enel has not progressed in these 2 years, he would be weak in New World.

@10hamzahamza Well we can't base it only on devil fruits keep in mind we don't know how good they are at using haki yet we know they can use it but we don't know to what extent they can so we can't make a judgment like that till we know how strong they are individually and until someone says something on the matter of who is the strongest admiral.

He can render any deivl fruiters powers useless by making contact. so if Kizaru does hit Blackbeard even thought it is light speed as soon as it makes contact on blackbeard it will insantly be nufled. And then Blackbeard can make Black holes which would absorb the hole Universe.
