I use it quite a bit. It does help when I'm real tired and need to work, and I also use it for migraines. I take it with a Tylenol. The caffeine in liquid form works quicker than pills

let me give my review, i had no added energy after i took it and had a crash after about 7 hours which doesnt make since since i hadnt gained any energy. not a fan of energy drinks but i would just stay with those.

It tastes like a really bad sour candy. It made me really jittery and nervous. It's good in that you don't need to drink a lot to get the caffeine, but I prefer coffee still.
