  • should i buy these?

  • this is the first video i saw with audio pipes actually playing pretty well......Awesome!!!

    also fav

  • Those blue woofers are sick man!

  • i love you those woofers, but with evjLight I love it much more :)

  • @profEVJ No eh.. just no...

  • You see any point to look at it without any visual effects???

...with evjlight.com it looks dozens times more beauty...

  • those subs hard cuzz them my fav color to be exact but how did u kno wat color u ws gettin n do they still sell them

  • @314louboi They still available for sale.. Look at the model number to determine the colour. The 'BL' in TXX APX 15BL stands for Blue.. RD is red.. In the iPipe series, they have this identical sub in black and white..

  • @314louboi you can get two for about 260 on ebay im thimkin about gettin them

  • i got 4 of these should i port it or seal it?

  • @twista200317 port it

  • @NeverT0Loud what should i tone it at?. right now i have a dual ported box that is around 28hz

  • @twista200317 well with 4 of these i wouldnt make it 28hz i would say somewhere around 32hz to 35hz if you wanna get low

  • @NeverT0Loud agreed! 35Hz would give a nice mix of loud / low imo..

  • @NeverT0Loud so i should get a box made at 35hz, i heard the higher the tunning the louder so if i tune it at 40hz will be loud? but usually sealed boxes get the high herts pretty good its the lows what sealed dont get right

  • @twista200317 i wouldnt do a sealed box you will get louder with a ported box. and yes you can get louder with higer tunning but you wont get the lows well and most music people use is around 35hz to 37hz you can get loud with lower tunning but it is harder. i would go with 35hz trust me you wont be disappointed.

  • @NeverT0Loud well i brought 2 audipipes and a sealed box. im gonna get another 2 audiopipes and get a ported box and have 1 dual sealed box and 1 dual ported box so i get both sounds i guess, unless i could try and sell my sealed box

  • @twista200317 i wouldnt do a ported and sealed box. i would get rid of the sealed box and build or buy a another ported box

  • @NeverT0Loud alright cool, ill try and sell the sealed

  • @twista200317 definitely don't want to mix ported with sealed. if you listen to rap, go ported... in fact, if it's 15s, go ported. if it's 12, either one... thats where the type of music matters more, and if they're 10s, go sealed.

  • @BigEarlT well i finally just dealed with 2 sealed boxes, i got 4 15in txx apx now and he gets loud and everyone loves how clean the bass sounds.

  • @twista200317 thats good. sealed would give a nice clean sound, with 4 it's gotta be bangin.

  • @BigEarlT well i only have 1 audioque2200 on it running at 0.5ohm but remember it all depends on the box and power that really determine what ohm load its really getting and how much power as well.

i also have a stock 130am alternator and at peaks it averages 12.5volts which will be half of 2200watts.

so at real specs i might be getting 250 to 300watts per subwoofer. and knowing they handle 1000+ an it loud the way it is

  • hows the sound quality?

  • yo were did you buy yours?

  • @youngindagame30 The Audiopipe dealer here in Trinidad.. I'm not sure where sells them online..

  • @youngindagame30 get audiopipe txx apx 15's off of ebay for $120 shipped

  • I have a question... what is the difference between the audiopipes with the thick foam surround vs the ones with the thin surround like the ones you have? i have a jbl 1800 class d amp and i keep blowing speakers but i dnt have the money to spend alot on subs right now..

  • shud i get 2 kicker comp 15s like this or these???

    plz answer.

  • @famousk8ter13 depends on which Kicker Comp model.. The CompVX has a similar power rating and would be a worthy adversary.. The other Comp models are rated at 500Wrms and under, which would make it unfair to compare..

I'm not familiar with the kicker subs though, so i can't comment further..

  • holy shit that is a kick ass system how much did all that run u?

  • theswe hit hard as hell i am getting them for my prelude

  • motherfuckerd are bangin!!

  • do these come all blue like that? and do they have 10s?

  • @JuggernautRecords The Audiopipes come Blue and Red. The iPipe series (100% identical) come in White and Black. I have some videos of the 10"s in action.. Rated at 600Wrms and can handle over 1500W for SPL use..

  • u must know ow to make boxes !!! good work thumbs up

  • 150.5dBs with 2 15`s????Nice, respect

  • @azorell99 did you see my last video with the pair of tens??

  • How do they compare to the Cvx 15's?

  • @drjd2real cvx are dirtier if you can understand me....these are cleaner sounding and more solid bass and crisp....if you mant to make a mess out of ur car and ears, use cvxs

  • @oOb2KnErOo Have you heard the Cvx in the right box? I'm thinking about getting 4 TXX-DMZ15's. How many cubes per sub and what do they like to be tuned at?

  • look like itz loud az hell.. all dat flexin

  • just got the ap15001D and at 2ohms it out preformed my power acustic 3000max 1700rms at one ohm i felt like a jack ass wasting that much on a shit amp and now im so happy i got this audiopipe amp and soon im getting 2 of them 15s

  • I got 2 of these on a ap 18001d they OWN my thing is i know my box isnt cutting it i wanna know if u could share specs on your box so i can do 150 db like you hehe. Im new to the bass race and bass boxing but i wanna come correct and your video is what made me go AP hope you can share those specs...

Thanks and keep on showing the ground whos boss. Got my daily beater on my channel just a couple of vids to get started..

  • I used 5 cubic feet each tuned to 42Hz, each box had 111 sq inches of port area..

  • @3stagevtec what is the box size min and max per sub? and port min and max? b.c my friend is makeing me a box when i get these and i need to know if you could help me with this.

  • anyone that talks shit on audiopipe, hasn't heard them in real life.

  • @bigbadsoundguy - TOTALLY agreed man!!!

  • dude you need new subs. these suck so much dick, it's not even funny.

  • @kevinthematthews your talkin shit bout his and you got some garbage ass kenwoods

  • yeah. since audiopipe is better than kenwood and all.

  • @kevinthematthews audiopipe may not be the top of line but sure blows kenwood out the water. he hit a 150.5 your hitting like a 130

  • hahahahaa yeah. keep on thinking that.

  • actually i hit 151.6dB on a certified IASCA meter with the pair on only 3000W... i also have a pair of audiopipe 10"s doing 147.6dB..

    lets hear your argument now..

  • my argument is i know from experience that audiopipe sucks.

  • you really have me convinced..

  • good one.

  • @3stagevtec haha ill beat any of yall with my amazing jensen 6x9's with like an enormous 50 watts rms....yah im a real earthbreaker....haha im jk my shit sucks

  • jensen 6x9s are da bomb yo! lol

  • @itzjonah annd, my first experience with Audiopipe's were with my uncle's escalade, whereas, he's had more systems in more cars than most people have ever had, I mean literally, every time I see him he's either got a different car or house (im not kidding when I say that) every time he upgrades he gets better subs, he had some eclipse titanium pros (the TC sounds ones) and he claims these audiopipe TXX competiton subs are louder (they look different from normal ipipes) and my god, it is LOUD.

  • these are 2 ohm subs right? even if they are duel voice?

  • they have dual 4ohm coils, so that gives a final impedance of 2ohms each when wired in parallel.

  • bro what are the dimensions one your box...trying to put some on my car but dont know if it fits

  • they like 4.0 - 4.5cu.ft.. build the box to suit your vehicle, just keep to the recommended volume..

  • one more question if thats ok..... how do you find your minimum port area/diameter because i cant find the equation or anything on it really anywhere. and for god sakes dont link me to a calculator that does it because they seem to give me outrageous numbers. i just cant seem to find anything on how to figure it out because if i make the port to small then ill have port noise like crazy but if i make it to big the sub will unload to early thanks soooo muchhh

  • i got one more question for you if you mind. What would be a good setting for my subsonic filter settings?

    Thanks

  • That depends on your box tuning. A good recommendation is to set it 5Hz below the port tuning frequency to prevent the sub from unloading.

  • ok again thanks soooo much for your help ill have my setup done soon :)

  • Ok thanks. i want to hit some nice low notes and pound like you do but i dont want it to be pure low notes that i hit because i listen to a variety of music including taylor swift, disturbed, and others so im thingking 37hz is what the best is for me.

  • Hea how much did you port your box. im thinking of a similar setup but idk what i should really tune it at?

    Thanks

  • Port it depending on your musical tastes or system goals.. for a good mix of loud / low bass, try around 35 - 37Hz. For a louder bass with some sacrifice in the low end, 38 - 40Hz works well. Just remember to set your subsonic filter appropriately if using the higher tuning.

Note that the thermal power handling will be reduced with the higher tuning frequencies, so if you are going to beat on them alot, tune low.. for SPL or short high powered demo use, tune high and be a little cautious..

  • which is the name of the song, please????

  • see video description...

  • young jeezy "air forces"

  • whats the cubic feet of your boxes?

  • these were about 4 cu.ft IIRC

  • would u recommend these subs i thinkn about getn me some of these from a guy

  • depends on what you are looking for.. they do sound pretty good and are decent performers.. i crossed the 150dB mark with 1 pair on ~3000W.. so i'd say for the price, you can't go wrong..

  • How much did you pay for these and where did you get them?

  • If he doesn't reply DirtyHenshaw - these subs are not specaily woofers so you could actually just google them and shop around -

  • its alright, but the old school m&m godfathers would blow them away.

  • never heard of the m&m godfathers.. more details please...

  • Same Here

  • they were subs from the late 80's and early 90's. They wouldnt come close to these though. Back then having 400 watts rms per sub was just UNHEARD of. Even the 18's didnt have more than 500 watts rms handling. Do your homework so-called ruler1978! These subs would destroy those old school speakers.. Just let the past go. lol!

  • ruler, my Skittles - Jesus 15's will blow your M&M's away.

  • what about smarties?

  • Sure put that in.

  • eh?

  • im gonna have to call that a ground pounder.

    ya?

  • FUCKING POWERFUL!

  • aye look who....spl boy wonder...too bad i neva got to hear dis =(

  • that shit hit hard right therr... lol

  • You can give the name of this song ? thanks

  • go watch a few Steve Meade vids! lol..

  • they are awsome!!!!

  • air forces its by Youg Jeezy

  • great song. thanks

  • yo0o0o0o.....shit slaps goin 2 get........is that a ported box and how many cubic feet each speaker gettin

  • Those bitches Bang!!!!

  • wow...

  • very nice dude 5* hom much the subs run you?

  • about $188 US after shipping etc.. i'm from Trinidad btw..

not bad at all for the price..

  • yea that is true

  • wut amp do u got will a 2600 wat amp id reather over power sumthin than under

  • can you give some info on the metering? was it TL and where was the mic placed? j/w lol 150.5 is crazy, i knew these subs had some good potential.

  • yeah, the 150.5 was done on a TL.. mic on dash, vehicle sealed up.. (was tested according to IASCA ruling)

on a certified AC meter, they hit 151.6!

  • wow man thanks for the info. the resellers just started marking these up a few weeks ago before i could get my hands on them. they have to sound like monsters

  • im gettin tha same subs.. wut kind a box should i put them in.. will a sealed box sound good

  • i've never tried them in a sealed box, so i can't say.. for daily listening, i'd do a 4 cubic feet ported enclosure tuned between 32 - 34Hz.. that should sound great..

if you are looking for louder, tune higher..

  • turn the box around facing back you will hear and feel big diffrence trust me let me know how it sounds after you turned it around

  • i had tried it already, but it was much softer, and the back door rattle was insane!

reason is that my boxes are pretty tall, and the interior of the vehicle is kinda short.. so there really isn't much room for the sound to pass when you face them back..

i did have a short box and it was louder when i faced it backwards!

  • not bad man

  • what is you box tunned at?

  • somewhere between 42 - 44Hz.. those boxes are mainly used for SPL competitions, hence the high tuning..

  • ay man were u get those subs from??

  • Comment removed

  • yeah man good sound, nice system...

    5/5...

  • damn these are the real deal.. i'm supprised the prices on them hasn't been marked way up yet. I'm thinking of getting 1 12' of this model for right now and probably another in the future.

  • Man dat shit beat! I got the same subs what kinda amp u got

  • Sundown Audio SAZ1500D

  • what is the size of the box you have those 15's in?

  • a lil over 4 cubes each..

  • hell yeah man, audiopipe subs are amazing, i like ur setup man

  • You happy with the woofers? Thought about getting a couple.

  • i have approx 3000Wrms on the pair for SPL and they haven't failed yet... : )
