What a dickhead cop.. ass hole cop said the same thing to me. I didn't get not one ticket. But instead I filed a citizen complaint on his ass.. officer Gordie of the silverspring station.
when cops write tickets you do have the option of fighting those tickets in court, and you will usually win because the officer won't show up; and if he does present your case, esp. if it is on camera and you will win==and you are right the cop is a dick
Disorderly conduct? This is one law that should have been scrapped long ago. Cops can expand on these definitions to include just about any normal behavior. You won't see cops act this way in Open Carry states.
