mines a 2.8 horse power and it goes 15 mph. but i taken out the throtle screw so it goes about 30 to 40 mph

I want one, too. But i can't get this bike here in Germany- only by shipping and this is too expensive. So I want to build me a doodle bug mini bike myself. I don't know whether an 3,5 HP engine would do his job.
