i do the alternative one differnt i do the downt and then take it form the botem and rotate it from the botem to the top and then flik the analog stilk up

u do it the same as normal ( down, up, up) ( when going forward) but on the first 'up' hold it a tad longer, timing is critical

ATTENTION: to do this it is abit like the normal rainbow flick, if running forward hold LT and hold down and then up on the RS. he shud then stumble abit but the ball just behind him, press UP on the RS and uve done it.
