I think the coach should be saying " stop the ball with the bottom of the foot"

Not the top of the foot. Also when the player is turning they should follow the ball with their head (in the same dirction of the ball)

I have watched many Expert Village soccer videos and have found most of them to contain people who arn't EXPERTS, in this video the skill is called a drag back and is used to chage direction and turn away from a defender. The key to this skill is keeping you body between the defender and the ball, here the coach doesn't even recognize his playrs are performing the skill wrong and in a game situaton would leave the ball wide open for the defender to steal it. Please get some actual EXPERTS.

i would suggest that both players need to turn in the direction they are pulling the ball back.

Louis pulls it back and then spins the opposite way-- which is fine until you have a defender on you... by turning with your pull you keep your body between the ball and the defender.
