  • My chest routine consists of soo muchh more than thattt!!!!1 i do 5 sets of incline...4 sets of bench...4 sets of decline...4 sets of incline dumbell press...3 of flat benchh dumbell press...and 3 of decline dumbell press...3 sets of 10 pec deck....4 sets of cable crossover...1 minute rest in between sets and 2 minute rest after all the bench exercises are completed....and go on to dumbells

  • You have to see this guy in person to really appreciate how massive he is. He looks much different today. He was very young in this video. The guy is absolutely HUGE. A freak of nature. I had the pleasure of working out alongside him and chatting with him a bit at Golds a couple times. He's a really cool dude.

    try getting carbs and calroies and protein and cholesterol. might sound bad but a 2 week cycle of salami..white rice and four large egg whites ONLY. 5 meals of this a day. and ur chest, shoulders arms are bulk fast. dw wont get fat ..your muscles will burn all the fat..but u bulk.. so try it out dude .. GOOD LUCK WITH UR WORKOUT!

  • Basicly by doing heavy weight compound exercises, such as bench and squats, you trigger your bodys growth hormones and testosterone. The more you have of these the easier it is to build muscle and put on mass. So by doing these exercises as well your isolation work outs, you will gain mass quicker :)

  • umm yeah im 15 too, i have a bench, but i jus dont kno exactly how to make a big wide and thick chest. each time i do close grip, i work out my triceps too much. and wide grip doesnt add much mass

  • if you wanna make your chest wide do flys, 2 sets of them, flat and incline. this si wat i do, start of with the Bench x 3, Incline benchpress x 3, dumbell incline benchpress x 3, flys flat bench x 3 incline bench x 3 and i finis it off with pullovers thats my chest routine. good luck dude.

    2. Skin cannot rip.

    Skin can stretch a bit. You will see sort of many line shape hollows. But, in time they will disappear. 1st they will become white lines, without hollows, then skin will normalize.

    When I started my training, I was doing too much for a beginner, my Biceps grew up relatively fast. So I had that stretched hollowed skin on my hands. But after a year or so, they completely disappeared.

    Soo don't listen to stupid rumors. Be cool ;)

  • Technically that's not true. Any workout will produce gains. The less you eat and the less you rest the smaller the gains are and the longer it takes the muscles to heal. You can gain a big body with eating three full meals a day. It'll take you years to gain 30+ lbs, but then again, these guys didn't grow this big overnight. Some have been working out for 10-20 years.

  • Everytime I watch these videos u always see them using light weights...

  • Because light weights are more efficient than bigger heavier weights. Heavy weights, yeah sure you reach your failure very quickly (after 8-12 reps). But with smaller weights are better form, and controlled movements, you can gain more mass if you just work smaller weights, but more carefully and precisely, making sure you work the muscle intended, and non of the other muscles.

The guys grow so big because of the unnatural chemicals they pour into their bodies. Most are lucky that their kidneys don't just give in.   • If you notice.. he touches his nipples with the bar. Thats exactly where you want the bar to hit your chest. Now if he went above his nipples, then it would be too high. Now as far as the incline.. the closer to the neck you get the bar, the better you work the upper chest!
