  • After watching this video i took my green 4 year old appy, and did all the ground work you did with scotch with my appy and now he trusts me at least 5 times more than he did before. Thats pretty amazing! Thanks!:)

  • that is so amazing! thank you for giving a "worthless" horse a chance and love.

    thank you

  • wow you did something truely amazing there <3

  • One word: Touching. I can't believe you turned a wild horse into somthing which will put up with a ball going over his back. Beautiful horse

    <3 Your horse

  • very touching and wonderful whish i could do that

  • great film the horse was so wild

  • awwwww this made me cry XD so touching <3

  • you are an amazing trainer. wish i could do that, instead of riding old horses ;o;

  • this video is very nice' brang a tear to my eye, hehe great work keep it up

  • This video has inspired me to do great things with a quarter horse that I now have who was severely neglected and abused. I've posted the first video of his journey on my channel and I plan to make a series of his progress throughout the year.

You're a great inspiration! Keep up the awesome work!

  • Way to go! I'm actually going through what you did with the horse. I'm trying to work with a tb/qh who is only 4 and she was beaten and starved with her previous owner so she's not the best with people. Her owners say she is too dangerous but I am trying to get them to give me a chance and help her. She only trusts me because I try and treat her right. I'm hoping I can prove them wrong and change her and make her become something amazing. :)

  • GREAT JOB!!! I'm getting ready to work on a two year old colt this weekend. A friend tried to break him in, to no eval. I plan on doing alot of ground work before I try to saddle him. I plan to use him for mounted shooting and maybe hunting one day

  • Some people just give up and then there is this owner and it's just truly, utterly amazing. Amazing video!

  • I love that horse

  • Some people are gifted with horses. Other people just have horses.

  • This is great! It looks like he really trusts you! I'm so glad you saved him, he looks like he was worth it! All horses are, but not all people can see that.

  • This is brilliant ....... i believe in everything in the video....... it is amazing how every horse, has that side to them, they just need the right people to find it

  • I can not believe this made me cry! Bravo girl !!!!

  • this video should be given to anyone buying horse great work :)

  • i want to be like you one day

  • You are awesome, this is a great video.

  • In my opinion, this is the way humans should see all the animals we've domesticated. From dogs to cats to birds to horses. None are a waste of time. They just need someone to trust and show them the world really isn't that scary of a place and, most of all, there are humans you can trust and love.

  • He is a beautiful horse im traning my 2 year old Pant Mare and she is spookie around big things so i tryed your method with the green ball and after a few days she was playing with the ball!! you really helped :)

  • I'm training a horse right now and I'm using some of this on her, she's improved so much and it's only been 1 day lol she's alot less jumpy and more trusting that what I'm doing will not hurt her and I would never hurt her :) Thanks!!!

  • You are so inspiring. Love the videos

  • plz put on some vids of charlotte and teddy i miss them and satin and moony to of course

  • Beautiful!! -3

  • It is very beautiful :) It's true every horse deserves a chance and don't deserve to die!

  • I sat here watching this and crying like a fool. This is just so beautiful.

  • This is so inspirational! It really proves Bo horse is impossible ;)

  • You are amazing. So much respect for you and this horse, just goes to show any horse can do it with love and patience. Good job and carry on your GREAT work, you should be proud!

  • you really are amazing! you're probably sick of hearing it but it's true. you were the only one who believed in scotch and look at the outcome! i bow down to you and punch every hater in the nose. they're just jealous

  • Thanks for making this video, I saw this video a week after I got my horse who was just crazy and insane and I spent hours working with him for one month and now he's just the perfect best friend I could ever have. He would avoid anyone and now he comes right up to anyone! This was the first horse I have ever broken and I'm 13, so thanks so much for this wonderful video and it really does work with any horse.

  • Woow! Ammaazinng!

  • When I got my horse she was very thin, but I took her home anyways. To this day she is my best friend. I couldn't imagine life without her. Love this video.

  • He'd be an awesome dressage horse. I love watching your videos. Your horses trust you so much. I watched this in amazment. All horses deserve a chance You just have to give it to them. Thank you for showing that. (: x Much love x

  • Amazing, my pony is similar. He didnt trust anyone when i got him two years ago because of past experiance. I brought him on to trust people washing his feet, riding him, leading him, putting a towel over his eyes and waving umbrellas around. this year we have even done some small shows and have now joined pony club. xxx

  • or maybe he just didnt like his owner and where he was before;S

  • Hey! im just breaking in a horse so could u check out my video and give me tips?

  • just love it! Awesome job.I wish I would know how to train horses like that.

  • well dosent thatn just prove violence is NEVER the answer!!! xxxxxx

  • i wish there were more people like you in the world

  • I love all of your videos! Its obvious you have a talent and really love your horses :) you talent is beautiful, keep doing what you do! The horse world needs a good role model like you

  • the power of parelli :) i only started using it to gain my horses trust after the person who evented him started beating him. we can do anything now :) this vid is such an inspiration - never give up on ANY horse!!!

  • Wow. That was Amazing :D

  • This is beautiful. Thank you for sharing your story and being so humble about it. You are a great trainer, but an even better one still for realizing that it wasn't about training a horse, but about training yourself to learn how to communicate with him and to train others to see what you saw. Bravo!

  • That was amazing. I can't believe that horse was as crazy as he was, but you changed him so quickly. Really inspiring.

  • @MsEmilyann96 wow are you kidding me you missed the ENTIRE POINT

  • Wow.

    This video is so encouraging...

    Thank you for posting it.

    Thank you so much!

  • your amazing if i but a tarp on my horse he'd freak out

  • OH MY GOSH!!! This video made me cry soo much♥

  • I have now watched this video 37 times. Never get tierd of it!<3

  • Are u sure that this isnt a horse montage?

  • this is truly amazing! how did you get him on a trailer?

  • Thats amazing. I love that song what is it called and who's it by?

  • Wow, my mum and I had tears in our eyes watching your video, we have just purchased 2, three year old Walers at the auctions, they haven't been handled and needless to say they are a handfull, if you could spare the time to give us any tips, or if you suggest any good literature, you are our new hero you are amazing

  • You are an amazing trainer! I love viewing all of your videos, which tell a story. I particularly love the video of you rescuing Scotch and training him in 3 days. You were Scotch's guardian angel.

  • You teach horses admirably well but could you teach people? I have loved horses since I was 4 years old, have literally only ridden twice and spent a whole day lining up at the lead pony rides at the races when I was 13. I'm now 19 and still know nothing about the animal I love the most. I wont be able to get a horse but there’s nothing stopping me from learning to ride and about caring for them, and I was wondering if you would be kind enough to teach me a little?? Love your work xx Andy.

  • I read the description and I agree that every horse should have a chance. No horse is "unworthy."

  • Amazing. Thank you

  • really amazing

  • I was going to write a bitchy comment because you're just dang amazing, but then I thought no have some respect for this person, and I shouldn't show my jealous opinions ;) Carry on the good work x

  • I think you are making this a little melodramatic. Things like this just encourage people who don't know what they are doing to go in over their head with dangerous animals while nice animals are made into glue and burgers.

You did do a nice job, don't get me wrong, but your should include some sort of disclaimer or I can assure you people will die from being inspired to change an animal who doesn't want to.

  • @Izancai I'm sorry, but this comment is ridiculous! How is she making this melodramatic? She saved this horse from the slaughter house and proved to everybody that he wasn't dangerous, that he was a wonderful horse.

It's not Tegan's job to tell people not to get in over their heads! She did NOT because she is a trainer and she's good at it... she didn't just jump into this with no experience she had broken a horse before this, and she kenew. She didn't claim that they 'learned together' or it

  • @HorsesHoldMyHeart was about some 'magical bond', something like that could get people hurt. Instead she worked hard to train this horse and used the experience she had.

I don't personally know Tegan, but this comment offended me for her.

  • very beautiful story!

  • i dont understand the 7 people who disliked this

  • amazing, in every way, what a amzing thing!

  • Wonderful! Your philosophy and method is much like Klaus Ferdinand Hempfling. Have you studied his work?

  • great i mite try some of this with my rescue mare 8 yr old unbroken but do you have any tips for kicking?

  • I've watched this video many times and it always brings a tear to my eye ( also one of my favorite songs) .If you make a dvd on your techniques I'll buy it from you. anyway Thank You so much

  • I love this video...I'd watch it a million times a day if I could. :) <3

  • This is beautiful

  • You are amazing.

  • This is exactly the story with my horse<3 thank you for posting, good to know what someone feels the same<3

  • Hello, I've seen your video and I'm still excited. Sorry but I do not speak English. I would like you to help me with with some tips for how to calm a horse that is scared and have trust in you. Please all the details you have the patience to give me will help me a lot. Your videos and sensitivity that you are amazing. Congratulations.

Im from belgium sorry for bad english

  • Beautifully done. Amazing story. Had me crying the first 10 seconds! Thank you for posting.

  • So true!!!! And your such a beautiful person for giving him what he deserved go bless you and him!!

  • i have always been riding the "traditional" way, but then i learned about horsemanship, and i love it!

  • You are the real life Amy Flemming

  • Congratulations. :) There aren't 'problem horses', just people who cause problems for horses. Good for you for giving this guy a chance. Horses are a good judge of people.

I hate the term 'breaking' though, too many nasty connotations. Would rather hear 'training' or 'gentling' or something similar. I think 'breaking' gives the idiots permission to think it's about 'breaking the horses will' or 'breaking his spirit' and leads to much of the harshness in training.

  • I sent this to my friend who should be posting on here soon! Natural horsemanship is the way to go!!

  • There is no such thing as a problem animal just animals who need love and attention whose previous owners couldn't give it.

I think your amazing and what you do is commendable.

  • YOU are so good, there no words for it! You are my "hero". One day i will be like you. Not as good as you, but at least okey! You should be really proud of yourself. Sorry for my bad english, I´m from sweden ;)

  • You are one heck of a girl!

You take wild horses, gain their trust, break them in and love them, not many people DO understand the true beauty of horses or wha...sorry WHO they really are.

I have insane respect for horses and for people like YOU!

I just wish people could just look outside of the box for one second to see what a Horse is. I hope that one day everyone cares about them and other animals to.

thank you Bhukshine.you have changed my life.

  • looks like you really understand the animal, what a gift

  • This is the most inspirational video I have seen... This reminds me of black beauty when he was given a second chance at his life... What you did is amazing, and every person should have this way of life for every horse... it is the people that turn them into the way they are.. given a chance they will do wonders, and i'm happy that you achieved it

  • So touching. I'm glad I stumbled across this inspirational video, proves there are good people out there who will give even the "scary" animals a chance, and there are no lost causes.

  • I was just blown away. Absolutely amazing. I could hardly beleive what I was watching.
