If you can "run a car on water" why not just run a car off CO2? Both are end results of combustion and both take more energy to do than they will ever put out (unless you can claim to be the first person to defy the laws of thermodynamics with the worlds first working perpetual energy machine. Get science book and an objective mind. If this didn't work in the 60s, why would it work today or in the future?
