Doing a bit of digging and they are singing 'cock me cary' I've even seen some Irish versions where the sing something in Irish that sounds similar where they say Kerry.

Like I said before, I think this song is Frog Went a Courtin', its a very old traditional english song, and being so old, there are many variations.
