@citouille Hobby Shops. Just google it. But if you REALLY want a model just like this? Get ready to fork out 700-800 USD for one. Because if im not mistaken, these are a kit build, which is overall more expensive to do.
@johntedrowjr if u want to get the tamiya hilux its 1000 dallors... a waste of money these r costom build with axial crawler n a toyota hilux body if im correct
@johntedrowjr If you want to do this, but not spend much. I suggest Walmart, they just got this 1/10 scale crawler thats only 30 bucks, its not the best at all, but it can handle small wooden trails
@johntedrowjr First off to anwer your question, you can buy any almost any type of crawler from your local rc hobby store, and once you buy the crawler, you can order the toyota hilux body, and then make it fit on the crawler, thats all
your local hobby shop is better online hobbys are killing the hobbie industry your local shop can give u advise they are cheaper no shiping and no shiping damage
tamiya makes the fj cruiser a ford truck but proline makes a chevy truck and suv bodies that work buy them at your local hobby shop. online stores are killing the hobby industry hobby shops are cheaper and give u advise
very nice video.... lol but by the end of it i was starting to wonder if this was 3 dudes making this video and i started to get some very homophobic thoughts
Were can I find lift kits for my high lift and like the finder flares thing's like that if anyone knows were I can find these things please let know I'm trying to go to 2.2's
are these the highlift chassis or no...please tell me before i spend my money ... im looking you make my rc look like these trucks but i dont want to buy the highlift if its the wrong one!!!!! please write back
Luftwaffe1942 - I'm just getting into higher end Rc and crawlers. From my research the answer is acctually electric for crawling. Because electric (with a tranny) has more torque. and gas (nitro) is built for speed and not crawling. I originally wanted to do a nitro car crawler but then learned this. Also they need air movement over the heatsink to cool the engine. Crawling would not be enough at the slow speed and the engine would then overheat. Thats probably more the reason why electric. :)
are you guys big toyota fans...i fucking love toyotas best make ever! and i got a question: for rock climbing and mud and dirt..etc is it better to have a gas powerd or electric? im guessing gas right?
Great Work! Awesome vid love the trailer and as always the toyotas look great. When the Toyotas gone she gonesky thers no stopping them, always crash hard.cheers
