Those people couldn't drive the genesis 0-60 that fast because not many people can get down that weird clutch that the genesis share with the tiburon, I driven my cousin tiburon plenty of times and i know how hard it is to shift gears because theres a click at the end of each shift and its a little tricky. Its faster than 6.4 sec

i think there was some tweaks needed with the car but i believe its 5.5 now. Im not sure though might want tolook in it more

car was not tested on drag strip, it will perform much better at the strip as it is sticky...i am sure stock can do high 13s with good driver

thats apples to oranges, what civic is RWD and is compared to the mustang and 370z, none, the gen coupe is in a totally different class. i do agree that the bwm 1 series is crap (no offense to the bmw lovers) but the gen is a step higher than the civic, stock performance wise...

i think you are wrong, BMW 1 series are not crap!, btw the 135i much faster than the genesis 3.8 . Im a hyundai fan, and i love the genesis but damn! be real, or educate yourself bout' BMWs. ;-) no offense

the 1 series is not my fav out of BMW, my friend has a M3 and i love that thing, my other friend has a 3 series and i love that thing to. and another friend of mine has a 5 series, now comparing to all of those the 1 series is crap in my opinion, the BMW is a totally better company and car.. so of course the 1 would beat out the gc, im not saying it wouldnt. i just dont think it compares to the rest of the BMW fleet,

sadly the Korean Hyundai website declared that 3.8Ls' 0~60 was 6.2...

i wish its 5.5 but... SIgh...

insideline always has longer 0-60's then other automotive press. It has to do with the way they do their testing. They usually list a time with and without rollout if you read the actual articles. Its a great site if your into cars but be careful its addicting

6.4 is much longer than everywhere else ive seen. But looks like a softer launch then other sites too.
