To the person claiming these were white cops who shot a black man,the cop shooter was a white guy named Matthew Tutt.He was a self proclaimed gang member and convicted felon.The Deputies had no axe to grind they just wanted to know why he was riding a bicycle to 2am.The deputies would likely have let him go if he didn't have a weapon but he decided to be a though guy instead.

People close to the deceased suspect have said that these two deputies constantly harassed him on an almost daily basis and he snapped...sad to say they deserved it, last I checked this is a free country and you can't be detained for riding a bicycle at night.
