I wish the other readers (in English) had been as mesmerizing as Yannis S. whom I wanted to listen to even though I don't understand Greek. It was an opportunity lost.

Finally someone uploaded a video of an actual Greek reading Ancient Greek the way it should be read. I am sick and tired of all these people uploading videos of themselves butchering Ancient Greek passages by mispronouncing every word and reading with a horrible American accent and then saying "I think I read it pretty well".

Thank you gettytrust for this excellent video. Yannis Simonides is a much appreciated break from the other "readings" of Ancient Greek
