I've always had a problem with the name Eggman because -- at least, in English -- it sounds odd, and incredibly childish, almost like a bad nickname a six year old gives a fat guy. Now, granted, Sonic clearly isn't mature material, but come on, you have to at least make the villain formidable. 'Eggman' seems like a completely different person to Robotnik, I reckon.

also i completely agree. if sonic 4 had music like this it would have drastically improved my enjoyment of that game. as it is i ended up turning the music off because it was so annoying.

It sounds like Robotnik laughing, and just before the end of his laugh, a higher pitched laugh starts, and it sounds like Snivley from the old cartoons.
