The buzz-phrase right now is "employee engagement". Employees are unhappy because we aren't giving them pay raises despite the rising cost of living (imagine that!), so our challenge is to convince them they don't need raises. We do this by making the workplace a cult and brainwashing the workers into thinking that they are part of some great mission that is changing the world for the better. Believe it or not, people eat that sh*t right up and keep working for our evil companies. Hahahaha
