If you're looking for windows software you shouldn't have too much trouble finding them! There are plenty amaeture editing softwares out there, which I think are kind of pointless to buy if you can spend just a little bit more cash for a better software that you can use for years without getting bored. I suggest Sony Vegas at first, and also Adobe Premiere Pro CS4. Just watch a few tutorials and you will get the hang of it eventually. Good luck!
