This guy was a POW in Hanoi in one of the worst POW camps during Vietnam and he went thru shit like we can't imagine. It just had to change his life from wherever it was. It seems to me he is a good person, but he was mixed up with the wrong crowd.

@LVEbonys I completely agree, but he's still mixed up with the wrong crowd and went all teabagger on us to get re-elected..still gotta love him for his service to the country though. I wish he had become president instead of Bush..he wouldn't have ignored bin Laden like they did and we might not have gotten attacked.

From the documentary WHY WE FIGHT. When I saw this I was impressed by the candour and honesty of McCain. Certainly quite a contrast to Rumsfeld/Bush/Cheney/Rice. It's a shame he's acted such a scumbag in this campaign tho. Probably down to the republican machine than McCain himself. Ah... but, 'out with the old, in with the new' lol
