That's reverend Elston McCowan, the guy Gladney attacked. He's a baptist minister and former mayoral candidate. As the minister left, he voiced his displeasure at Gladney selling buttons depicting Obama in blackface (I know, you thought it was just flags). When the minister asked why Gladney would sell those and pointed to the buttons, Gladney slapped the minister's hand. Twice. Escalated until Gladney sent the reverend to the ground, causing the shoulder dislocation you see in the video.

That was not a protester, that was one of the fat ass thugs that blindsided Kenneth Gladney. I'm glad that bagged and tagged that fat ass.
