The camaro and mustang are way overpriced for what you get. You can't get leather seats standard till you spend 28000 for a LT2.....ridiculous. If you have money to waste on expensive minimal features and bland interiors (especially camaro) have at it. Elantra limiteds offer MORE standard at 23000 than a 28000 camaro LT2 (it doesnt offer a sunroof standard) with far better gas mileage. Muscle cars do nothing but exaggerate the falicy that owning one makes you special.
The camaro looks very aggressive......looks much better than a mustang and for shallow people that buy sport cars where looks matter over everything the camaro wins.

I think Ford kind of played the Mustang out really well this time. They kept under wraps the developement of the 5.0 for years, and granted there were a few leaks, but not surprising. Then they metered out the changes of the Mustang, first was visual, then (now) it was performance. With the 5.0, the Camaro doesn't really have much of a leg to stand on anymore, especially considering the Tracpack available through dealers

Anyways I drove both of these cars - the Mustang interior is way higher quality with soft touch materials, ms sync, 500 watt sound, etc..The Camaro just felt cheap inside (as usual) had too much hard plastic and squeaks and rattles as usual. Although also as usual Camaro is a flat out stiff riding racer.

I think Ford kind of played the Mustang out really well this time. They kept under wraps the developement of the 5.0 for years, and granted there were a few leaks, but not surprising. Then they metered out the changes of the Mustang, first was visual, then (now) it was performance. With the 5.0, the Camaro doesn't really have much of a leg to stand on anymore, especially considering the Tracpack available through dealers

Both nice cars,can't wait for the supercharged camaro z28 to come out.......Dodge however needs to step their game up fast with the challenger.....Waiting for them to announce the new 6.4 hemi with around 500 hp.....Hopefully they reduce the weight too.

This was a fun video to watch. The predictions and all. Most couldn't be more wrong. Even with only 315HP, how come the Camaro with 422HP doesn't run away from it. Easy! It is a fat car! Plain and simple. For 2011, the Mustang keeps the Camaro honest again with new motors. Better in almost every catagory than a Camaro, the Mustang is the better balanced package. Leave the bias at home, and look at the raw packages as they are.

Over 100 hp more than the Mustang and the Camaro still can't run away from it and hide. 300 pounds is like 2 more people the Camaro is carrying than the Mustang. Simple physics. The Camaro and the Challenger are more than Obese, and the Mustang is heavy. So put away your useless insults and look empirically at the data and leave your Biases at the door. I owned a Camaro too.

This guy is an idiot who probably drives a kia. Anyways I drove both of these cars - the Mustang interior is way higher quality with soft touch materials, ms sync, 500 watt sound, etc..The Camaro just felt cheap inside (as usual) had too much hard plastic and squeaks and rattles as usual. Although also as usual Camaro is a flat out stiff riding racer.
