  • best song off the album

  • I've 190 songs on my phone. +-180 of them are kiss

this is a fucking awesome song!

  • Best drummer of all times. Eric Carr...The Fox forever! RIP

  • killing intro

  • this song i dedicate to owen james hart

  • So far, no dislikes. Let's keep good music like this, that way.

  • much respect to ace, but kulicks one bad ass motherfucker, hands down my favorite

  • @rabidfreak12 Oh yeah!That is correct

  • Rock on, but I always wished Bruce ripped it up a little more during the solo section. That chord progression was begging for a shred fest. :-O

  • Love this song! Reminds me of Eric just killin' the drums on stage. Great Times!

  • This is one of my favorites songs

Hot in the shade is fuckin' awesome

also Eric carr is the best drummer of the world!!!

Rock and roll all nite baby!!!

  • KICKS ASS BABY!

  • My least favorite album, but I like, Hide Your Heart, Forever, Somewhere Between Heaven And Hell, and King Of Hearts.

  • There were so many things eric did not play on. I think he only fully played on Creatures and lick it up. Look on Kissasylum the interview they did with the drummer for asylum. that will tell ya.

  • السلام عليكم

  • Eric HEAVY Carr

  • I liked Eric but I never liked the way he played the old songs. He played them to stiff. Peter just had more swing in his playing that is not more techinical but more musical.

  • I Mean For Fucks Sake, I think Sonic Boom is Far Better Than Psycho Circus. Psycho Circus is Shit Compared to Sonic Boom, So Fucking What If Ace and Peter were Part Of The original lineup? That Doesnt Make Them The Best Members.

  • @SatanicDemon666 Psycho Circus is quite better IMO.

  • @SatanicDemon666 reckon as much as i love Ace n Peter. this was by far the best kiss line-up. Stanley Simmons Carr and Kulick

  • Eric Carr, was a much better drummer than Peter, and thats my opinion. He lasted longer in KISS than peter too.

  • Do it!!! Great tune!!

  • Their not great or anything... eric and bruce aren't even worth hitting the shift key to capitolize the first letter of their crap filled names, I wouldn't hate them so bad if they didn't act like they helped start the best band ever... they walked into a band already labled as great, they didn't help start nothing. I hear they tried to start a band that went flop so that should tell you something. They were/are nothing without Paul and Gene. Paul/Gene/Ace/Peter. The Real Kiss. The only Kiss!

  • @GordonRamsayFan How dare ypu talk shit about ERIC CARR!!! Everyone in their right mind know that He buried peter criss behind the kit. Eric played peters perts flawlessly and when peter tried to play Eric's songs he sounded like a child

  • @hsmmer yea like in alive iv when peter tried to play forever it sucked it doesnt have that feeling when Eric plays it so energetic

  • If You thought this video was about the video game, get out!

  • I've always loved KISS what alot of fun it's been from album to album of growing antisipation to see them live again. Hope they come back to Calgary

  • like this song

  • one of the few good songs on this cd....eric carr is pro....

  • Tiene mucha fuerza, gran ritmo, una gran canción, muestra de que Kiss con o sin maquillaje son grandes entre los grandes...

  • Tom man haha i think its robin from do it for real camp!

  • Sounds just like ABBAs Mamma Mia in the beginning.

  • @Bgkgtjh I know. That's what I always thought. Awesome song eh?

  • KISS, NADIE ES MEJOR QUE ELLOS ESO ES INDESCUTIBLE

  • Magic Paul!!!!!!!!

  • Temazo !!

  • Sin duda una gran cancion de Kiss

    Heavy Kiss Metal !!!

  • mhmmmm... I never understood why this album had an AIDS awareness section on the inside cover sleeve.

  • Great song. But it could've been a lot better. It's missing a good riff and overall it should have a different sound. It feels incomplete like many songs on the album. But it's still great, you can't go wrong if the song is as good as this.

  • dont contradict yourself will you

  • Loves the intro!

  • I love KISS ...

It is the best band of all time ...

I want to be very old listening to this band ...

There's nothing better in the world ...

  • I love that Rock'n Roll band...

    I love KISS...

  • BANG BANG!!!

  • I seen this tour in Bonner Springs KS & Topeka KS. The Topeka show was amazing, they played for 2 1/2 hrs. Slaughter and Winger opened for Kiss in Topeka. This song should have been added to the set list for sure. I would like them to do a concert with a set list of songs that have never been played live. There are so many songs like this one that should be played live and give the regular set list a rest......

  • Fuckin' awsome song .... i have no idea why it wasn't released as a single, but it should have thou.

  • never understood why this one wasn't a single. great tune and a missed opportunity for late 80s/early 90s kiss!

  • The king of hearts - Owen Hart

  • one of my favs on this album

i miss KISS,we need a new studio album

  • October 6, 2009. Sonic Boom.

  • rock:D:D

  • Fucking yeah !!!

  • one of my favourite songs off this album

  • I saw the Hot in the Shade tour in July 1990 when KISS came to the Carolina Coliseum in Columbia, SC. Danger Danger and Slaugter opened. It was a good show except for one thing: the fire marshalls banned them from shooting pyro. Did this happen anywhere else on this tour, besides Little Rock, AR. Those fire marshalls really had to be backwards.

  • I saw the tour in St Louis, Kansas CIty and Columbia, MO....all had pyro

  • Thank goodness you saw a complete show. I did find footage of the Hot in the Shade shows here. They are coming close to my home on October 17. They are going to perform at the Bi-Lo Center in Greenville, SC. Buckcherry will open. On the Animalize tour, a floodlight exploded sending a stagehand to his death at the old Memorial Auditorium. The stage was being cleared of Krokus and prepped for KISS. They had to evacuate the building for awhile, but KISS eventually performed.

  • You're right, it does.

  • ty seš čurin :-))))

  • this smells bit of Bon Jovi-copy but I dont care. KISS rocks!

  • paul went through a period of listening to Bon Jovi a lot, but I don't think that he ment for it to sound like them, and I don't think that he would copy them intentionally.

  • I always thought this sounded more than a bit like "Runaway". My favorite track off this album, though.

  • Eri Carr

    the best

  • so apart from all the drummers more talented than him?

  • @Ericarrdo

Where's the Thumbs Up x 10000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000 button to click it 100000000000000000000000000000000 times ?

  • Es una de mis canciones preferidas del HOT IN THE SHADE...

    Bruce Rock Forever

  • i once owned this cd but i have completely forgotten...must refresh the memory

  • Cool to hear this song again!!
