how does one learn parkour? i would think that it's impossible to be successful 100% of the time and some of those jumps look like they could put you in the hospital. . . but if you're in the hospital you won't have time to practice. . . so how does one learn in the first place. Also how does one get over the psychological of doing this on concrete. even if one were to prepare on mats the fear would still be there when attempting it without a safety net. what is the average retirement age?
