i'll admit i'm a worrier i can't help it! i'm so used 2 ppl calling me horrible names, looking at me in a bad way, and something might now b right with my clothes! i wear a uniform @ school we have choices 2 wear pants or kilts but i decided 2 wear my kilt and 1st day of school, its unbuttoned i didn't kno and i got laughed 4 days! also ppl keep telling me 2 smile i just feel horrible when i'm outside plz help!
I'm basically a thinkaholic. I worry about a lot and I tend to get jealous a lot. And I let it ruin my mood completely. Even when my girlfriend reassuringly tells me she loves me I still can't let go of whatever happened and I just end up putting her in to my bad mood as well. My brain keeps telling me what I NEED to do, but I just can't seem to do it. Any advice? -Rob
@strikerz53 For some reason you feel comfortable when you feel unloved, right...? The more you worry, the more confirmation you get? What are you afraid of?
@carolinlovecoach I'm just afraid of her falling for someone else I guess. Or losing interest in me. I'm still young so and I know it happens to a lot of people. I think it's the worrying that gets in the way the most. When she says she loves me I feel good about it but I know that most relationships don't last and that sort of cancels out most of that happy feeling.

Yes, your thoughts are very powerful. When you give something attention that will steer your life and your mood. Just by focusing on the good stuff and have a smart attitude, you can feel better and be happier.
