@SKATEMASTERS3 In this video he is standing on a chair but I did build a platform for him to stand on. We are a family of 6 and all of us are different height. My suggestion to you is mount your speed bag at the height best for the tallest person hitting it. This way you can use it with your kids. Its a great family activity. I used a counter top from our old sink and mounted it on 2x4's as the base. Then I just add 1" boards under it for each of our varied height kids. Thanks for watching! J.
