Used to watch Lonesome George and Alice when I was young. Also every time I hear Paul Lynde's voice I think of Charlotte's Web. This is awesome...Thank you again, I wish that they had made CD's of these shows or DVD's. Have had a really awesome day, thanks to you...Sandi, Earth Angel in Wisconsin (: (: (:
Yes, thanks for posting. This brings back good memories when television was really entertaining. Today they call everything reality television, but, there's nothing reality about it. None of it today is of the caliber that people like George Gobel and Paul Lynde were, as far as their craft. Thanks again.
My husband and I laughed so hard we cried. I almost snorted my cofee at
"Pooberty" when Paul Lynde said it. I used to watch this with my dad and hope that they would go to Paul. He was my favorite. Thanks so much for posting and making our day!
Your very welcome. Everyone has been so supportive of these 2 audio clippings I put out there. Yes, that line was classic. I always waited for Paul, which is why I decided to record him. Thanks for the comments!
Great minds think alike! It never occurred to me to do this on YouTube until I put the audio of our band out there. Then I said to myself "Why not other stuff too?"
Does anyone have a tape of Paul Lynde when he was asked the question:
"Why did men start to use underwear?" Lynde answered:
"To prevent zipper burn". It brought the house down with laughter.
Nobody, even Milton Berle, could top Paul Lynde for quick comebacks.

Paul Lynde was the funniest comedic/actor we/ve ever had! He still makes me laugh! Thanks so much for sharing these clips.

OMG I can't believe someone else did this. I used to record Paul Lynde answers on my cassette recorder all the time and I have all of them still!
