The lights in the tulle are awesome! I want something like that for my reception room...where did you get them / any ideas for how I can search for them?
It was a small gauge wire ran through eyelets (like you would find on a porch swing) that were screwed into the cement. The wire ran the circumference of the room.

Using Joann's fabric or any other un-treated fabric can be an issue. If there were a fire, any installed fabric can add to the flame.

The lights are just cheap christmas lights bought from Menards or Lowes.
The fabric was purchased at JoAnne's Fabric, could also check Michael's or any craft/fabric store.
