  • Great stuff, the Churpee looks great but I don't have a bar in my gym. I must get one! I just do mine with a bench with a press up and a jump onto the bench. Cheers

  • Nicely done and the variations are well shown. Also do a variation with a jumping squat at the start and then a full arm stretch when flat on the ground after the pressup, before exploding back up and into the next jumping squat. Makes it much harder!

  • Now I know how to correct my form. 10 x 5-10 sets of those and 6-10 sets of thunder rolls for 60 seconds should be enough of simple workout. Thanks

  • You forgot the best variation: the burpee. Also known as the squat thrust with a pushup and the vomit inducing jump at the end. That's the best kind.
