It's an "obtuse" disorder? Doesn't she mean "obscure"? I think she is struggling with the idea that deep underneath all her justification for playing this woman, she really does know that it is wrong to showcase this disorder in such a playful light. One scene they embed into the interview shows another character having fun and stating that this is the "alter" that she likes best. Are we to believe that people with DID live in families where members treat the disorder like entertainment?
@shaydeelady Actually, they do have a woman who is consulted for USoT who has DID. Search "United States of Tara Leah" and it will be the first one to show up
