Lee won the search for Joseph "Any Dream will Do" in the UK a few years back and played that role and is now Fieryo (sp) in WIcked in the West End. He understuded Phantom I think before he played Joseph

Anyone commenting on how emotionless Lee was here should watch him sing this with Connie Fisher. Fantastic duet with both of them - so full of emotion and fabulous performance. The way they looked into each other's eyes and acted the song was so beautiful.

Lee Mead messed it up. He tried to fabricate emotion with annoying vebrato. Haley on the other hand needs to be in Phantom in real life, she would be perfect.

Lee Mead was in Phantom in real life - he was understudy to the actor playing Raoul (in the West End production) and actually went on as Raoul 30 times in the 5 months he was in the production!

Fabricating emotion is what actors do - that's the whole point! I thought Lee was great - and I don't find his vibrato annoying at all.

I agree. No emotions behind it. Just trying to sing pretty. Emmy Rossum and Patrik Willson's version is soooo much better. I prefer Emmy's voice over Hayley's. Emmy's is much fuller, and not as breathy. I hate that breathy-sound that some girls have.

It would have been helpful if you added what the title is so I could change it. To be honest I didn't have time to double check the title, it was a labour and a half just to get them up for people to see.
