Luv Duncan, you're so lucky to get all the places to ride; sand school, indoor sand school, outdoor grass school. All we have is a very small corner of a slippery, sloped donkey field with rotton jumps. i'd love to have all those different kind of jumps too!

I know how you feel! The horse I lease Maddie, is a speed demon, and bucks. She has a sickness. (She gets stiff and bucks) Well, if he did tht before, hes amazing now! And yes, I know ;)

@maddiepony26 Your comment is so sweet, but please realize--no horse is perfect! When I bought Duncan, he was a rearer, he would try to take off if he saw a horse being brought out to a paddock/brought in for dinner, he tried to bite me quite frequently, and he dumped me on my head more than once. It takes a while to figure out any horse and form a bond with him/her. I wish you all the best!

Aww bless. Your all really good riders. I've rode since i was 4. Im gettng my own horse when Im a bit older though. As m not ready for thart much responsibility yet. I love duncan! Your horse is so cute, not just because he looks like my horse, but because you guys are a team and he has a personality. You guys basicly represent all us in the english world that have stock horses. You show that paint and quarter horses can jump just as good as any warmblood or thourobred. I thank you for that :-)

Wil is such a beautiful mover and sweet man. Me too! Audrey lunged him for the first time yesterday and remarked on his excellent manners and movement. I couldn't help but be proud of my squishy--but of course it's weird as heck not having him around!

hey great vid. i was gonna take a vid of my horse yesterday and someone came to look at him and she rode him and he kicked up in the back! i thinks its his bit i put his old back on will c how that works out

Hmm, there's SO many reasons a horse can kick up--it can be anything from not working for a while and having a case of the whoopees, to a pinching saddle, to a bit...it's hard to pinpoint without actually seeing it. Hopefully things work out for ya!

I am not sure why Threez has an ear net on, but when I use them for Dunc, it's usually because it's an especially buggy day, or just to drown out a little of the background noise. I don't know how tolerant he'd be of full-blown ear puffs, so I just stick to the ear nets. Plus, it's always fun to add a little more color coordination. ;)

Lol, Katie is our trainer. She was concerned my ankle would bother me, but it didn't hurt at all, even hours after the lesson. :) It's nice to be back to business as usual!
