  • Doesn't work with any accent other than the British.

  • lol

  • 1:47 What Ho Watt

  • What ho, YouTubers!

  • "WHAT HO, MA NIGGA?"

  • i prefer the triple "what-ho"

  • what IS this?

  • @SOWWHAT87

This, my dear chum, is the most Bertish film I have seen in a long time.

  • @giliyanqajar1 haha =]

  • This is how I shall greet people from now on!

  • @BFBCFTW

I am alredy doing that from my 13th birthday!

    I am now fourteen.

  • @giliyanqajar1 Stick to it old trout! Need to get it back into fashion!

  • @BFBCFTW

Indeed, I mean, the first thing you're expect to hear if you meet a blighter is a ''hi''. A tedious and dull ''hi''. Why not What-Ho?

  • I wanna marry Bertie

  • XD this is awesome. thanks for being bored enough to put it together :)

  • In Hugh Laurie's mouth ,great ! In my mouth, ...... no comment

  • Couldn't stop smiling throughout this whole video. I'm going to have to get a grin-ectomy.

  • There's too many "What ho's!" I can't keep track.

  • Love a bit of ol' Jeeves and Wooster :')

  • What ho, Glossops all!

  • For some strange reason, I turned the sound of this and played Womanizer over it. We have ourselves an amazing Bertie Wooster Tribute!

  • Is tht house???

  • What ho on my buzzum?

  • @GrizzlyBohemian LOL It's Tuppy my dear

  • 'What Ho?' lost all meaning by the two minute mark.

  • I gotta say this more often

  • if you can do the same with the word fathead

  • what hoes....

  • "What ho Stilton!"

    "Don't 'what ho' me!"

    "What ho Stilton!"

  • And they say "What ho£, and he says "What ho"

  • I wonder how I should greet the next person I see....

  • What Ho Jeeves...lol!

  • mr punch

  • This phrase is long overdue for a fashionable comeback!

  • Tinkerty-tonk!

  • @USERNAMEfieldempty And I meant it to sting.

  • @RubyCosmos

    Well, quite.

  • Ha ha! My grandfather used to say What ho! He hailed from the same era, being himself a young man in the 30's.

  • oh my goodness- this made me laugh so hard!

  • WHAT DOES HO MEAN I KNOW IT MEANS SOMTHING RUDE OR FUNNY PLS TELL ME.

  • @carlthecarrot "What ho!" means:"Hi!"

  • @carlthecarrot According to Aunt Agatha it is an asinine phrase used only by spineless youths who ought to know better and, as such, is meaningless gibberish. However, if one must attempt to translate it, then it is synonymous to, ''How do you do?''

  • What an achievement! Fabulous!

  • I feel sick after all those "what ho"s. I never realised there were so many until I watched this video.

    Nice job!

  • Oh Spiffing!

  • i find myself saying "what ho" but being American it comes out weird

  • @ashes2woashes I said it last night when I picked up my friend from the airport! "What ho David?!"

  • Don't " What ho" me...

  • "What ho, stiffy"?

  • @1acroyear1 "Stiffy" is short for "Stephanie." Terrible nickname. ;)

  • so a guy went through each episode of this show just to cut out each what ho to make this video? Wow, i wish i had so much free time.

  • That's Hugh Laurie? ...Now I want to see Hugh Laurie as the Doctor... Not Dr. House (though he's perfect in that role) but Doctor Who.

  • 38, 39, 40, 41 42 43.... aaaaaggghhh such dapperness cannot be calculated!

  • I liked the part when he said What Ho.

  • Wooster-"What ho?"

    I would say:

    "OVER HERE! Come to mama!"

  • this is so ridiculous! <3 XD

  • I liked the part where he said "What ho!"

  • I think the first one is my favorite, silly Bertie :D

  • Oh mon Dieu, my brain hurts after one play. I've watched it twice now. AND PIP-PIP! LIOVE THE ENDING! 36 billion Likes.

  • I count about 117 "what' ho" 's , though I may be a little off xD

  • Did anyone count? xD

  • what ho jeeves

  • I favored this video on Twitter. I just love it. Hugh Laurie's Bertie and House characters are perfect opposites. So thanks for it, and pip, pip.

  • "What ho, Stilton!"

    "Don't 'What ho' me"

  • What ho, old blood relation?!

  • well done!

  • You would never know he is British from his role in House.

  • You're my hero, ProfDelPreston

  • What ho peasants!

  • That is a generalization.

  • Hahahahahaha :)

    "what ho Glossops all!"

  • THAT hoe!

  • Don't 'what ho' me!

    Haha, love it :D

  • This makes me wonder if Hugh got paid by the "what ho". One Pound British Sterling per "What ho" and he could have retired long before his career on "House". And this series combined my three favorite men: Fry, Laurie and Wodehouse.

  • Who are the two sad sods who thumbs this down. Must have hit the wrong button.

  • omg loving it! thank you so much! :)

  • Whutheuw.

  • What the... HO!

  • What ho! Great and smart compilation: very enjoyable indeed! ^__^

  • Hahahaha... omg that was absolutely brilliant!!

  • Do you have a higher quality one you could email me?

  • It's my new personal quote and I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHAT IT MEANS!!

  • this is infinitly, infinitley better that the ones with ever single 'f*ck" or whatever. :0 And some of those are pretty funny.

  • What ho! LOL!

I watched the whole series in one go a few months ago....and ever since I can't stop saying it!

  • ¬ .¬ ... pip pip.

  • lol in the end hugh was like -.o ?

  • WHAT HO

  • I can nearly hear how Hugh Laurie grew tired of the greeting as the video tread forward. It's really repeating, isn't it? Anyway, I love the phrase and would use it myself in my everyday language if English was my mother tongue.

Unfortunately, I'm stuck with a handful of boring and common greetings in Swedish, that don't sound anything as thrilling and jolly as 'What ho!'

Thank you for making and uploading this. So it's watchable and make people smile!

  • I used to say What-ho and Right-ho in my common speech in my early teens when i used to read P.G Wodehouse (when english isn't my first language at all!). Now, at 22 I finally get to hear it from the man himself! Kind of exciting =P

  • Has anyone else noticed how there are so many characters on that show with a first name that ends in an "ee" sound? xD

  • YES! Somebody has done it! I gather there are quite a lot missing, but I think that any longer and it may (may) have gotten tiresome!

Thankyou so much, your hard work is well, well appreciated! What-ho!

  • Did I miss some?

  • Oh, sorry old thing, I thought I had a few, turns out no, they're there too. Nevermind, well done! ^^

  • @LiekaQueenofDarkness i totally agree with you!!

  • YES!!!!

  • and err they say to him what ho, and errhe says what ho! BRILLIANt!! :D

  • haha brilliant!

  • Which episode is the "Pip pip" from? The one where they go to NY?

  • It`s the first episode of the third season, and it`s exactly the one Bertie and Jeeves are going to New York.

  • Thanks much! Funny stuff.

  • Pip pip

  • It's Official. The Phrase What Ho! will be stuck in my head forever

  • He can whisper "what ho!" to me any time.

Thanks for this collection - I shall clutch it close to my bosom and treasure it always.

  • hahaha brilliant... i watched all of them... last bit was hilariouse!
