if you look to the right side behind Matt Lauer in the window at 2:38, you can kinda see a human-like figure there...which isn't there at all throughout the video until that moment...
and also at 3:54 in the window just left of the tree to the right of jermaine, it looks like a human-like figure walks past the window.

Jackfruitcar, I think that may be a camera person. Remember after Matt Lauer interviewed Jermaine, he took us on a tour of the estate? There was a camera crew inside. However, there is a "peek-a-boo" image in this clip. In the beginning of this video, look over Jermaine's left collar; it's to your right. Do you see something peeking out from the tree in a white shirt?
