I like the turkey burgers and I do them differently all the time. I like to change it up a lot though. I am no chef though. I do know how to make burgers though. We don't use buns anymore with our burgers what we use is a wheat tortilla and that is really great. We add a little bit of mayo brown mustard, avocado, onion tomato and pickles with some lettuce. Its pretty good try it and tell me what you think about it.
I was glad to hear you were going to make these burgers the day BEFORE the end of the world.... I am honored you choose these burgers as your last meal on Earth! That means a lot to me ha ha! =]
Hi Jason...recipe looks delicious (I really liked your guacamole recipe which I made). I don't have a bbq and wanted to make this burger using a stove. How would you recommend I do this? Thanks!
HAHA "someone" is looking forward to eating some of that turkey burger... cute doggie. I do similar burgers and but saute ingredients found in Thanksgiving dressing. (without the bread) Mushrooms, onions, celery, garlic, red peppers, sage, etc. Superb on home made hamburger buns! Great healthy alternative to beef. I use different kinds of shredded cheeses~whatever I have at hand and don't use bread crumbs but cheese and eggs to bind. I prefer the texture of the burger without crumbs.
@ChefTips this Denis after dentist, whatever, these burgers are fantastic:D thank you so much, i did them yesterday on the grill, but i remixed them abit hehe, but thank you so much:)
How do you crack eggs with one hand? I've tried doing it, but I keep making a mess of it. I either get shells in the egg bowl or crush the egg in my hand. Is there a proper technique to it? Thank you for your time in making these videos.
I was surprised you respond to comments like you did in an earlier video to me, which is great because most people with many subscribers sort of take them for granted. :)
Love your videos, I've been watching your videos for a long while, back in high school, and now I'm in Waterloo University residences, cooking variations of and some of your recipes, and they are amazing! Everyone is always happy with whatever i produce with your recipes, so thanks a lot!
@EmceeDG Hi Daniel. So glad you enjoy the recipes! We finally moved back home again, so we'll be preparing many more cooking videos this fall. Any requests? Cheers, Jason
I was wondering if you can teach us some basic skills on dealing with seafood that's still alive (live lobsters, dungeoness crab...etc,etc). Perhaps a steamed garlic/wine crab? My parents want me to be as comfortable with food as possible as cooking is a lifelong skill, so dealing with seafood is a priority, since asians have all of their seafood live. Thanks so much!
hey jason, its nice that you can stay positive and do videos even though you're house is still recovering. thanks! and cant wait to see your new kitchen :)
I cannot wait to try this! My hubby loves turkey burgers, but I'm a traditionalists and to me nothing beats a beef burger, BUT this looks delicious! Will be trying! P.S. Are you wearing a mic? If so, which one? Your sound is great, voice is verrry clear!
@lovelylouro Thanks! You can certainly use beef if you like for this recipe, but it really helps moisten up the turkey meat. I do wear a mic — Sennheiser wireless. Definitely helps with the audio! Cheers, Jason

Do you have to put mushrooms in the burger? I'm allergic to them is there a substitute for them? Please reply
Kcpatel144 7 months ago
@Kcpatel144 It makes the burger moist and adds a nice texture/flavor. You can leave them out, but I can't guarantee how it will taste.
