the lyrics are not talking about something that happend years ago and yes there is a bike with a turning wheel in the video, it's presumably trying to tell you that she was riding her bike at the street or playing or whatever and then came the car ... if you add 1 + 1 and THEN add the lyrics then it's really not that hard to understand the video
