We've used this video at a previous job for PRs we did at various fire departments. Great example of the what it is like to fly with NVGs versus without. Wouldn't fly for a company that didn't have NVGs.

i'm looking for a decent hd camcorder that is compact, waterproof, has macro, good zoom and good storage options to be able to fit on my atn nvm-14 night vision monocular. I have the adapter which is 35mm so the camcorder needs to have that dimension lens on it so i can couple it up to my nvm

any ideas please ??? i can't find the info anywhere ! thanks and inspiring video !

MW2 goggles aren't for use, they're just for display. What did u think the head stand is for?

They are using the Anvis 9 Night Vision Goggles. It is civil law enforcement rescue thanks to the deputies, pilots, and rescue paramedics of the Sonoma County Sheriff's Helicopter Unit.

I do appreciate to finally see NVG's being used for Civil Rescue Services. As one of the first civilian helo pilot in Switzerland to begin with the use of NVG 25 years ago !With REGA (Swiss Air Rescue) at that time as for today, the primary role was to improve security ...I am fully aware of the fact that all of you does approve me, don't you ?
