I like this truck. But once that clutch goes, its gone lol. I tightened that damn nut all the way down and then some. I'm cheap lol. But to fill anyone in on the way the truck reacts in the air. Giving it gas, will drop the back end (just like on the ground, except there is no ground to stop it from going further. The centriphical force doesn't bring the front end "up" it just throws the trajectory of the truck on a backward rotation. braking gives it a forward throw. simple right?

I don't know about left and right, but if you accelerate and go into reverse, the car will move up or down.

If you hold it in your hand while doing this, you will notice the kind of tug it has.

I've had a Revo 3.3 and a Savage Flux. The Revo ALWAYS sent me home early with broken arms, carriers, driveshafts, rod-ends, spring perches, and various other bits. I sold it after 3 months. My Savage Flux occasionally breaks suspension carrier ears, and I've replaced both rear arms ONCE. My differentials are currently out, but HPI is replacing them with new Bulletproof units FOR FREE. I've spent less in 8 months with the Flux than I did in ONE month with the Revo, and I run it FAR more often.

I also run the Savage much harder than I ever ran the Revo, smashing it thru gullies, making huge jumps onto concrete, bouncing it off the walls of skateparks, racing on tracks where 15 vertical feet of air is expected EVERY lap...The worst I ever put my Revo through was running up a gravel pile and jumping it over the top to land back in gravel going down the other side. I broke suspension arms just running across rutted dirt with the Revo.

something else was wrong with the revo then because my cousine's ervoe has outlasted my other cousine's savage on most occasions untill his diffs started acting up turned out he needed to shim the rear diff but now it is solid

And the hub carrier that broke when the pillow ball yanked itself out the back while running across an unplowed farm field, dropping the bottom arm down and breaking it in the dirt? If there was something wrong with that truck, then it came like that.

Well i really wanted this rc car, but 650 euro for the reverse version is to expensive. The Revo 3.3 can do the same(also reverse) and doesnt flip over so fast, and only costs 489 euro.

Sure the Revo is cheaper but trust me the revo is SHIT compared to the durability of the savage.

The revo is meant for racing so it has a very low CG but its not good for bashing cause the chassis will smack the ground after a 5ft drop. The engine is crap too.

The savage has WAY bigger engine than the revo, The savage can do wheelies,back flips,front flips, and savage trucks are very easy to maintain. ITS A BEAST.

The revo goes also 45 mph so its the same crap engine, and the revo can do wheelies, back flips front flips to. Also the revo has a better suspension in a very different way than normal rc cars. It can push the wheels to the back and the front for more stable drivingskills. Sure the savage has a more solid body. But for driving its just crap. In tight corners it just flips over.

Um, that's when you learn how to drive...and you can lower a Savage and improve it's stability 10x over for about $5 by doing a simple mod on the shocks, without hurting it's ability to soak up huge impacts. And if you want a longer truck for better stability, you have umpteen hundred choices for extended chassis, all the way up to 1/5 scale conversions, and you can buy the XL extended axles for more width, or just use offset wheels like me.

Angular momentum is conserved, so slowing the wheels down tips the nose down, whilst applying the throttle brings the nose up.

The boxes are tabletop crossovers. They're good for tearing up R/Cs when they collide. Rails are for sitting on when someone brings a T-Maxx to the R/C park & tries not to break it. I have no idea what a hubba is but I'm betting my Savage could best it.

Its called conservation of angular momentum. Accelerating and braking in the air transfers this momentum from the spin of the wheels to the spin of the whole vehicle and vice versa. Simple physics, but you have to be a damn good driver to control it! If you need proof watch how he gets the front of the vehicle to drop by locking the wheels with the brake at 00.30
