Judge mathis is right most kids cry because they want their mom.when my daughter was in daycare if i felt wrong about anything i pulled her from daycare and found another provider.
I think Judge Mathis was wrong this time.The kids Mom did not properly represent her case, she was too emotional and the Babysitter's husband looked like a "bully". As a Mom myself, I would not have placed my child with those two, to begin with. they just rubbed me wrong, & gave me a weak impression as childcare givers..

i believe the plaintiff. No woman would lie about something her kids said that is this serious AND she saw with her own eyes what was going on. Also alot of times CPS or whoever she called deal with alot of cases and brush off things they dont see as serious enough. After its "brushed off" thats why you hear cases of kids hospitalized or killed by daycare officials. You get different answers when a civilian calls for questions and a judge calls for questions.

If the children is acting out to the point that might cause harm you have the right to restrain them for their safety and the other children's. If the kids act anything like the mom. I can see why that man might have to restrain the kids. In daycare you need to protect the child and the other children around them. If the children is acting out to the point that might cause harm you have the right to restrain them for their safety and the other children's. She was lucky to have a day care that would actually keep the kids in. Most Day Care's would not tolerate that kind of behavior.

She almost before anyone says anything decides what kind of person they are. I like to actually hear the people out.
