  • John Gibson is so incredibly short sighted

  • Judge Napolitano makes good points.

  • john gibson " i like who their aiming it at" ... only a fool would say that. keep it up, the homeland security apparatus will eventually come after you

  • Napolitano destroys the neocon John Gibs

  • killing people is wrong, but somehow this moral statue doesn't apply because it's war.... How stupid is that? Warmonger, I bet you he calls himself "christian".

  • john gibson is an idiot .

  • "John Wilkes Booth was right?" Why does this guy even have a show?

  • @robnaro John Wilkes Booth was not "right", but neither was Lincoln.

  • @pretorious700 Of course Lincoln was not right... how Gibson turns that into John Wilkes Booth was right is beyond stupidity.

  • WHY,...is it, when someone like the Judge, explains in easy to understand words, what freedom is and how we have lost it...guys like this, wanna argue about it ?

ARE YOU HAPPY WITH LAW ENFORCEMENT ABUSING YOU ? ME EITHER.

  • Comment removed

  • @TheyHearUsNow

    What are you talking about?

  • gibson is a disgusting little creature

  • The Judge should run in 2012!

  • I'd forgotten all about the old Fox News.

  • YES GIBSON is a sheep he is a blind a sheep !!

  • Gibson is a moron! Ron Paul for President and Judge Napolitano for Attorney General!

  • Thank you Andrew Napolitano for standing up and talking about these things and myself i'm trying to talk to as many people as possible about how our freedoms are being taken away and how its not republicans or democrats its both party's doing this and how the american people need to stand up and say you can't take our freedoms away and i refuse to let you do this. i will not stop doing this but i don't think americans will realize in time

  • Judge doesn't have much of an argument against the nuclear bomb.

  • @stater68 ya he does, any sensible person can easily debate that.

  • John Gibson is a short sighted moron

  • Excellent debate; I loved that very much.

  • John Gibson is an ignorant establishment scumbag. Listen to him now, ranting about obama. He is making the same basic case against obama that the Judge is making against Bush/Lincoln/etc.

    Indeed, John, YOU ARE SHEEP!

  • It tells you something when 99.9% of the comments say Gibson is wrong or an idiot. I don't believe in 'majority rules' but I'm sure Gibson does. He should take heed but I don't think he will.

  • Way to go judge! Its about time someone schooled the American people on the meaning of the Constitution and the disaster that was Abraham Lincoln. Gibson is such a stooge!

  • John Gibson Otherwise known as the Albino Vampire

  • It's no suprise John Gibson is unemployed today - fired from Fox for low ratings.

  • Just when you think fox can't sink any lower, you turn over a rock and find a worm like Gibson.

  • The judge is a Fox news employee too. Good Lord i cant stand fox either but they are no different than any of the other statist mouthpeices around.

  • That was a great debate! The judge really kicked some ass!

  • Gibson is a douche. HE loves the Constitution when it supports his thought, but would burn it if it didn't support his weak ass thoughts.

  • The Judge is awesome! A diamond in a bucket of media puke (Fox, NBC, ABC, MSNBC, CNN,CBS)

  • I'm really starting to like Judge Napolitano.

  • More reason to expose 911 as the fraud that allowed the dissolution of our rights.

911 was the catalyst that set the stage for our current state of affairs. It was an inside job. deal with it.

  • When Bush does it - it's bad. When Obama does it's - uhm...err -Fluffy?

  • Go judge!

  • As long as the judge is on Fox, I can honestly say that that network is fair and balanced.

  • I mean John

  • Josh Gibson is an ignoramus

  • ugh that guy has such a nasal voice.

  • who cares if there would be two countries now where formely there was one? forcing soverign states back into a voluntary union does not "save" a union, it destroys it.

  • HAHA. I will bury you. K.Kruchv

  • Yes! Thank you Yes! Sheep that is 100% correct. Wake up learn how to think again! Wake up

  • those who give up their liberties for freedom are .....COWARDS. much like gibson, o'reily, hannity and on and on and on....

  • John Gibson is a fucking Soviet, corporate slave and a latent homosexual.

  • John Gibson is a moron. Hey, John, consider yourself owned by Judge Napolitano!

  • baa baa baaa...can you hear him?

  • Gibson got beat up constantly in school

  • Rape is ok to Gibson during War, thats all i have to say.

  • Just another Faux News Moron getting his ass handed to him by a brilliant Liberal.

  • Andrew is not a liberal, smart guy.

Christ, Liberals voted for the patriot act as well as conservatives.. oh yeah, it was a LIBERAL (democratic) congress, too. John Kerry practically skeeted over it.

He's a LIBERTARIAN. Look it up. I will agree that he rocked Gibsons balls though.

  • John Gibson's existence insults me as a human being, let alone an American! Thank God for Judge Napolitano, thank God for Ron Paul, Dennis Kucinich, Alex Jones. We are rising! I cannot believe how many Americans are o.k. with the Patriot Act.

  • Do you think John Gibson, is really this stupid, or is he just doing the bidding of the network?

  • Maybe just acting as a foil.

  • Judge Napolitano is a True Constitutionalist.

  • Haha! I love the beginning where John Gibson, like a typical Fox News Bush Republican, is like "How could you say that? :'( that's mean! I'm not a sheep! The liberals are sheep."

  • John Gibson is a Republican indoctrinated Republican apologist. He's a dunce. Napolitano is RIGHT. Ron Paul is RIGHT. We are screwed.

  • "A society that will trade a little liberty for a little order will lose both, and deserve neither."

    ~Thomas Jefferson

  • "Every generation needs a new revolution."

"Fortunate for leaders that men do not think."

  • John Gibson defines the word sheep.

  • My question...Why is FAUX News allowing the good Judge N to speak out. I smell an agenda.

  • Is John Gibson for real?

  • John Gibson is a scared neocon.

Personal liberty is worth a terrorist attack.

In fact, it's worth 10000 terrorist attacks.

  • "HOW COULD YOU SAY?!!!"

He acts like that's just terrible/impossible.

DUH! Of course it's a nation of sleep. John Gibson is a moron.

"I turn to page 12..." I guess that's as much as he read.

  • LOL - Good one!

  • Man do I love the Judge! Keep up the good work!

  • Wow I finally agreed with Gibson for once (the Civil war thingy).

  • John Gibson is in fact a sheep, and worse than that he is a promoter of sheepishness. These worthless, CFR shills that to mainstream media is bursting at the seems with need to have their microphone cables wrapped around their necks. And just tightly enough to make them squeal "why are you doing this?".

  • I guess I gotta go book shopping! I heart the Judge!

  • I love Andrew Napolitano. I don't mean in a mild way, just said in passing, this is a full out man crush. And I sure as hell am not a homosexual. This man is brilliant. A Paul/Napolitano ticket in '08 would cause me to implode upon myself in an uproar of enthusiasum...I don't even know what that means, but yeah, it would happen!

  • Gibson is a kool-aid drinking moron. Its hard to believe that this idiot is permitted to speak on national TV. Amazing.

  • Ahhhh , but Judge Napolitano would say that even kool-aid drinking morons should be allowed to speak on national TV. He trusts us to be able to discern who are the idiots and to reject their messages. The best way to defeat the arguments of idiots is not to silence them , but to present other arguments in answer which expose the weakness and idiocy of theirs. :)

  • That was absolutely amazing. Thank you for uploading that.

  • The sheep has been conceded to the bent position, he thinks he's standing.

  • the sheep always think they are not part of the herd.

  • Do you know how ironic that sounds? (or was that intentional)

  • We might see a future where John Gibson, Sean Hannity and other such scum are locked in prison for life for their hatred of our Constitution.

  • How much stoopid juice can Gibson drink and not pass out...OH Boy

  • John Gibson, What a pawn.

  • Thanks sir for posting this......I found the next hero...the Judge!

  • If Ron Paul is truly the successor of Barry Goldwater, I hope Andrew Napolitano is the next Reagan.

  • Gibson = owned.

  • Men whose sole contribution to society is as an object lesson in the horrors of naked ambition upon the soul.

  • John Gibson neither grasps the significance of suspending constitutional restraints upon government nor the implications of claims that dire necessity demand their usurpation. The constitution, in a sense, was written in blood; the blood of men who risked all to enunciate and endorse its principles. Laws today are written in the mayonnaise that drips from the swollen sausage like fingers of men who will put the lives of others at risk to satisfy their gross acquisitiveness.

  • Judge Napolitano should've titled his book "A Nation of John Gibsons"...

  • Napolitano really knows his history. Not the re-written history from the collectivist Department of Education, but the real facts. Amazing to hear this from a judge. I thought all the judges had sold out. Any guy with the balls to tell the truth about Lincoln should get a medal. Remember, Lincoln didn't want to free the slaves, he wanted to ship them back to Africa. Look it up, do the research, instead of just swallowing the drivel. Wake up America - the truth is out there.......

  • Anyone that listens to anyone that works for faux news needs psycological help..constant lies and propaganda..why don't they ever have noam chomsky or others like him??

  • the generalization and wide swipe of collect views and stereotypes is why we as Americans can't have rational discussions. What you're saying is a form of collectivism. We are all bias and i doubt anyone is balanced down the line on everything, I think we try but we tend to favor one position over another all the time. If we think narrow then wheres the room for growth.

  • I we can't here both sides of an argument than we're no worse than some of the folks on fox news who can see no faults in our current president...

  • ya, fox news is biased, but then, so are all the others. The internet is an awesome thing since it opens so much of the world to everyone.

  • @italstal07 Because Noam Chomsky is an intellectual whore.

  • @equsnarnd hes also a zionist gatekeeper..

  • enverajanovic Dude i see where your coming from and I love your quotes i gave you thumbs up on all of them because they are very compelling...I'm just saying when someone takes a (what seems to me to be) a superior way of approaching folks about their way of life and what they decide to eat its just not inviting...Now you still haven't address my issues with you eating food from living creatures..

  • Killing vegetables and fruits stripping them of their life span you may not consider the blood they have the same as wha us as humans/animals have but does that make it any less worthy? Aren't we all living creatures and all have rights?

  • Either way it is broad-minded to at least try to understand that causing pain should be reduced to as little as possible. Most brilliant minds suggest so.Regardless of religion or philosophy .

  • I am follower of Krishna. He says in Bhagavad Gita that one can offer Him with love Fruit, leaf or water and absolve himself from sin committed.Oterwise, killing veggies is a sin also.

  • What should we do? What should we consume..We don't have the advantage of plants who doesn't consume living creatures..

  • Benjie is is simple.Cook some grain, bean, vegetable with love and offer it to Jesus,Krishna,Allah,Jehova....thank them and eat.Let Them worry about the rest.

  • I guarantee you that when you opt for vegetarian dieat(as well as many great minds in history )that your life will change for the better as well as that of poor animals.Make experiment and see.

  • Vegan may work for some, but not everyone. A good friend of mine tried to live such a life. She read lots of books, talked to doctor, etc... Unfortunately, after a few months of living it, her body got weaker and weaker, sicker and sicker. Doctor told her eat small portions of animal products. She recovered the same day. Not all can be vegans.

  • vegan is bad but lacto vegetarian is what i meant

  • What's a "lacto vegetarian"? I would assume it to have something to do with milk, but you know what happens when you assume...

  • Yes it includes milk, yogurt, butter, cheese.Animal derived but no violence involved.I am 6'2" wrestler 120kg and for sure didn't need meat since I was 14yo.

  • My dear Americans you had your orgy of greed, lust, slaughter of innocent people and animals.......for long enough. Now it's the time to pay the bill.I pray for you.

  • lol what where's that coming from...

  • you can laugh all you want, perhaps you could benefit by learning where the countries that you are attacking needlessly are located on the map of the world

  • "For as long as men massacre animals, they will kill each other. Indeed, he who sows the seed of murder and pain cannot reap joy and love." Pythagoras, mathematician

  • you there have been test done on plants that suggest that they feel pain when are up rooted or chopped down...just thought i throw that in there

  • This is not a dumb question at all! Although plants are responsive, living beings, they do not feel pain. Additionally, it is necessary to consume plants to be healthy and receive all the nutrients our bodies need. It is not necessary to consume animals or their products to be healthy and survive.

  • Dude all i'm saying is your comment just came out of no where..wasn't really what most folks were talking bout..Calm down you make it seem like I support the needless attacks..because if thats what you think you must be talking to the wrong guy...

  • I am just trying to avert your attention to the real causes of war and not the superficial ones. Also this is one way of rendering service to you and the poor animals as well.Krishna loves it as well.

  • "Our task must be to free ourselves . . . by widening our circle of compassion to embrace all living creatures and the whole of nature and its beauty." "Nothing will benefit human health and increase chances of survival for life on earth as much as the evolution to a vegetarian diet." Albert Einstein, physicist, Nobel Prize 1921

  • "As long as there are slaughterhouses, there will be battlefields." "What I think about vivisection is that if people admit that they have the right to take or endanger the life of living beings for the benefit of many, there will be no limit to their cruelty." Leo Tolstoy author

  • Ass long as there vegetarians slaughtering poor defenseless plants who have no chance of escape or a chance to defend themselves then torture in this world will never cease

  • You obviously have no capacity to understand difference between shedding blood and having to sustain yourself.I propose it is due to eating too much meat.

  • I'm just showing the hypocrisy in what your saying...Its alright in what you believe in i don't deny it you make some seriously good points but you have to realize where I'm coming from as well..Plants that produce life do bleed as well..Just because they don't bleed the same way we do don't make them any difference or less important

  • I like the fact that you realize that needles pain is caused to either animals or plants by mindless consumption.Such realizations are distinct to only humans.

  • Okay.....now what the hell does that have to do with my posting and the topic?

  • I took it upon myself to share some wisdom that sheds light on current events in deepest sense.Sorry that you can't see the connection.I suppose once you are in FEMA camp you will feel how it is to be a cow and than maybe the light will go on.

  • I will try my best to stay off meat if you also commit to stay off devouring, killing, chewing on any other living creature including vegetables, grains, fruits, etc...

  • I already did.I eat only sanctified food.I hope that you can keep your promise now for your own good and good of our animal friends.

  • "I am in favor of animal rights as well as human rights. That is the way of a whole human being." Abraham Lincoln, 16th U.S. President

  • I am in favor of animal rights i would get pissed if anyone attack my dogs..but should i kill my dog if he attacked a chicken? Is there anyway to change their way of thinking because they always trying to attack them...and stop the slaughtering of chickens..Wait should we just get rid of any creature that attacks another?

  • Careful what you wish for..I know that trying to rewrite history and paint the US as a horrible force in the world is the cool thing to do now, but absorb some factual information before making ridiculous statements like that.

  • what is ridiculous, innocent children from iraq being killed daily or the fact that u want to do the same in iran now?

  • DUde everajanovic if you haven't realized the folks who come onto my page and leave supporting comments are not for this war and totally against expanding it into IRAN..so for you to paint a wide brush over all americans as for the this war then your just being ignorant

  • "Non-violence leads to the highest ethics, which is the goal of all evolution. Until we stop harming all other living beings, we are still savages." Thomas Edison, inventor

  • Dude that goes for plants as well as animals...don't throw out half truth with your logic..but i think i understand what the orginal intent meant

  • I think I may as well mention that eating animals kills more plants than just eating plants...

  • Your absolutely right..So Enverjanovi whats the solution? Should avoid eating meat and anything that was alive or will be created through life? Should we avoid the whole food chart? Is water the key?

  • Love, compassion and consideration is the key.Only than we can progress spiritually beyond the level of animals.

  • "If a group of beings from another planet were to land on Earth -- beings who considered themselves as superior to you as you feel yourself to be to other animals -- would you concede them the rights over you that you assume over other animals?" George Bernard Shaw

  • so enverjanovic your good at quoting people just say what you gotta say because in a perfect world animals wouldn't eat one another people wouldn't eat animals and we all wouldn't eat plants...Then no living creature would ever be harmed right..?

  • "The greatness of a nation and its moral progress can be judged by the way its animals are treated." "To my mind, the life of a lamb is no less precious than that of a human being." Mahatma Gandhi, statesman and philosopher

  • More quotes..so then if one kills a human as with a lamb they should be punished accordingly..Dude i better not catch you eating any vegetables..lol sorry i had to throw that in..Ghandi was a great man and i know what your "trying to say" somethings i cant eat such as pork and alot of red meat...But turkey chicken fish i love...I see it more in what works for me..but your comments are in the wrong page...

  • you love to chew on others flesh, how profound

  • And you love to chew on the flesh of plants is that right?

  • This is a truly great interview. I totally applaud the judge for telling it exactly like it is. I only disagree with him a few words uses like "democracy" rather than "republic" but he's certainly right on about the tyrant Lincoln and this unconsitutional present war.

  • Yea i think we all tend to make that mistake its like a engrave habit that needs to be broken but I bet he considers USA a republic. Well I see it as originally a republic but its now a democratic republic...things have changed

  • It has changed much to our harm. Democracies are doomed to failure - they are mob rule, which we sadly come closer to by the day thanks to the sheep-like mentality and media/educational control of our institutions. It's time to turn our back on tyranny.

  • 70% of folks voted Adolf hitler to power in a democracy...I Think we tend to forget the underlining factors to why people like him make it to power...while we forget the past we are doomed to repeat it

  • Patriot Act has a sunset clause which is a provision in a statute or regulation that terminates or repeals all or portions of the law after a assigned date, unless further legislative action is taken to extend it. This why we can't win a war, because of this pie in the sky theories!

  • Can i get a link to that specific clause...So wait so your saying is that at a certain date the Patriot Act will be repealed unless we extend it...So the reason why we are not winning the two Wars we're fighting is because We don't make the Patriot Act permanent? Man I would fear for my life if all of these new presidential powers get passed down to Hillary Clinton

  • Isn't the patriot act

  • The problem sheep have is they always see the shepherd as "good" even as he sends them to the slaughterhouse. Onwards, ever onwards, KKKristian sheep, straight into those FEMA prison camps.

  • This really made me wretch.

Gibson doesn't have a principled bone in his body. He can't stand facts, either.

It's not tyranny when WE do it! We aren't war criminals...we're the GOOD GUYS!

    Ugh

  • Napolitano rocks. Gibson is an ignorant fool... and a member of the flock.

    Paul/Napolitano '08 - for liberty's sake!

  • Wow! First Ron Paul, now Napolitano! Who next? Patrick Henry? You've gotta love it when a true patriot and lover of liberty makes the scene.

  • John Gibson is a slug; please pass the salt!

  • John Gibson is a repoublican apologist...I think most people can see that their parties aren't perfect, and have issues, but this guy like most of the talking heads on FOX, seems to agree with everything, and sees everything the repubs do as a gift from GOD...

  • People were made to be free. Freedom will not create a perfect world. Just the best possible world. Freedom is the solution to the human condition. Ron Paul is the ONLY candidate who understands this. ALL the others tell you that if you give them power(that is, give up your power/freedom) they will fix all life's problems for you. Which makes them either fools or power hungry liars.

  • Andrew Napolitano is the man!!!

  • John Gibson...you got nuthin'.

  • Mr. Gibson, you are a sheep.

You think it's OK for the President to ignore the rights of American citizens? Rights which are granted by God and protected under the Constitution of the United States? The Constitution the President swore to defend?

    You're definitely a sheep.

  • Nice work on the visuals.

  • John Gibson's a toolbag. Judge Napolitano is the shit

  • If the feds come knocking on our door, they can search without a warrant, and we can't say a thing about it. This is a very frightening parallel to what the East German Secret Police called the Stasi would do too. Stasi had literally 100,000s of ordinary citizen informants working for them as well.

  • Judge Napolitano has chosen the side of freedom. Ron Paul & Andrew Napolitano '08!

  • I would love that ticket...Or Andrew Napolitano Would be a great attorney general

  • Gibson, you chicken shit little crybaby fuck! You are a disgace to the male gender. The sky's falling, the sky's falling, it's the terrorists, it's the terrorists, they're everywhere, they're everywhere! When you use scare tactics, like you always do, that's terrorism! You sir, are the TERRORIST!

  • I might add, you should be arrested under the "Patriot Act" then stored on ice for twenty years to life at on of those infamous FEMA Camps, along with the whole Neocon Cabal!

  • If Tyranny and Oppression come to this land, it will be in the guise of fighting a foreign enemy.--James Madison.

Vote Ron Paul or watch America become the next Nazi Germany.

  • Liberty is Brewing on December 16th!

    teaparty07(dot)com

  • Napolitano is a very smart man. Also he's rarely on Fox News compared to other corespondents and he points that out in his book.

  • he used to be on back in the day, but since he's started speaking out against the Bush administration he's disappeared

  • Only a 100? Hah... quite a few more than that I think.

  • Someone Pinch me and tell me I'm not dreaming? I don't think the Judges contract will be renewed at fox once it's over. MSNBC here he comes:)

  • That's okay.

He will be Ron Paul's Vice President.

  • John Gibson is so incredibly stupid

  • John Gibson is the interviewer you dimwit.

  • He's not stupid. He knows what his role is. He knows which side of the bread gets buttered and that's why he acts foolish and nonsensical.

  • Even if that's the case (and I don't really doubt it), he's still stupid to be willing to sell himself like that.

  • Gibson is put down, out-smarted and out-maneuvered on every point here. Of course Fox has Andrew Napolitano on simply because they are reacting to a (justified) swing against the right, and their analysts are the best in the business. But if this is what people want, real debate, than perhaps things aren't as bad as they could be.

  • Gibson is so stupid lol

hope they lock him up so he gets a taste

  • Bush has a picture of Lincoln in his office.

Reagan had a picture of Calvin Coolige.

    Paul/Napolitano 2008

  • Wow, and this is coming from Fox News? Unbelievable!
